I stayed her one night and liked it. I arrived late at night, but had no problems. The room was fine and clean. It was very bright. The staff was ncie and helpful as well. |The breakfast was good and hit and hit all the needs. I would stay here again.

Bathroom obviously hadn’t been cleaned in many weeks. Neither GM or AGM reached out from my request to speak with them. |Check out bathroom photos. Worst I’ve ever seen in many hundreds of hotel stays. Hotel has been updated, case goods nice, design nice. Overall design up to date. Downside: Bathroom was a scientific Petri dish.

They cancelled my reservation due to overbooking, and did not tell me until late in the morning of the day that I was to come down there. I missed the call because I was asleep (I'm a night driver.). They were going to give me the opportunity to keep two of the nights I'd reserved, but when I called them, they'd already cancelled the entire reservation. I'd booked this trip several days in advance. I really think, because it is a holiday weekend, that they could have sold the rooms out from under me at a higher rate. I get that mistakes happen, but I've never had a reservation cancelled on the day of my trip like this before. It was a good thing that I received the message before I left. What would I have done then? And at almost $200 a night for a room. Book at your own risk!! Also, when I called back, no one answered. I had to call back later, choosing the option to make a reservation. The only information I was given was that my reservation had been cancelled.

Rooms are updated and very clean for a Holiday Inn Express in Chillicothe, OH. There was a bit of a musty/smoky smell in the room when we originally checked in and the toilet had the tiniest amount of mold/mildew just above the water line as if the room simply hadn't been used in a week or two but other than that we were very impressed. FULL HOT BREAKFAST is included with bacon, cheese or veggie omelette options, turkey sausage, Chobani Greek yogurt, etc. Free double chocolate cookies were available in the lobby at all hours. Check in was fast friendly and easy. I wish they were a little more on top of having hot coffee in the lobby (it was often empty or cold) but the rooms have Keurig machines with a few pods included so I couldn't be too disappointed. All in all we were thrilled with our stay for ~$140 in small town USA. Will definitely be back the next time we're in town. Thanks!

Customer service was definitely not worth the price. The chicken legs working behind the counter looked me up and down with judgement as I approached the desk to check in and rolled her eyes when I asked to do so. Not a great start to my overnight stay. Otherwise, the room was average.

Positive: The staff were super friendly. One just was a great decision maker. Negative: The room was damp and smelled terrible. I asked the girl at the desk if they any spray or anything I could use to deodorize the room and she said no and told me there was a Dollar store across the street that I could probably buy something.

Standard chain hotel decent price good location parking easy to access. Usual problem when the death of the door in the room keys didn't work, but other than that it was a standard box hotel chain stay. Did seem to be missing any charging ports for any device. Might suggest investing in a couple of lamps that have the usb chargers in them that we see in other hotels. Would have been a problem if we hadn't been prepared for charging issues on a running vacation. Left before breakfast so I couldn't really tell you about that one

Super Friendly Staff Eager to Make Your Stay a Good One! Party of 3 in town for business. Front desk was great in helping with any room problems we experienced and provided great dining recommendations. Large, clean rooms. Nice views. Easy to control thermostat. Good breakfast options. Good place to stay if you want to be close to the highway and earn Holiday Inn points.
