Came here with a party of 4. I loved this hotel. The staff are super friendly and awesome. Very direct and are always ready to help. Was a little worried about the reviews but we had a great time here. Beds super awesome, the bathroom was nice and clean. I don’t think there was a vent in there? We had the hotel breakfast which had the automatic pancake machine, bagels, toast, egg omelettes and so much more. Thank you for the experience and made checking in very easy!

I wanted to send an email but of course that bounced. I wanted to advise about my stay as I have never had this type of experience in my life. I drove 3 hour from north Canada to stay at your hotel with the expectation of enjoying my stay for 5 nights 6 days. When I checked in I noticed that my sheets had stains on them and appeared to be not clean or lack there of. I talked to the people at the front desk the next day after returning from meetings asking them "how often does the room get cleaned". I was told this is performed daily. The next day when I returned from meetings my room was not touched again, no vacuum no cleaning or changing sheets or new towels. I asked the team at the front to have this done and through out my stay this did not happen once. When I called down again to ask when this will be done they said Sorry it will be done yet to find that this process never happened at all! I also asked for someone to come clean and my response was " Oh they have gone for the day but I can come and get fresh towels myself. We paid almost $1000 USD for my stay that in my opinion and experience was not acceptable. My complete stay I never once had fresh sheets, or towels or even the garbage cleaned out. Unless I had to come to front desk. There needs to be some serious training on customer service, house keeping. This is by far the worst Holiday Inn Express I have ever stayed at in my life. I'd like a response towards this experience.

The room was simply not clean. In the first room the sheets were stained. Second room clean sheets but hair in almost every towel and wash cloth. Different colors and textures. Hair, dust, and spider webs just everywhere. I would only stay here again in a crunch.

This is a dated building which we waited until 4:30pm to check-in as apparently they had a busy night before. We first stopped by 2:40pm after a long drive (before 3pm check-in) was told to come back at 3pm. We returned about 3:10pm where we were told our room wasn’t ready, told to come back at 4pm and we asked for another room to no avail. Returned about 4:05pm, room was ready and told we had to pay a room key deposit to ensure we returned key cards (never in 30 years ever had to do this). The large room was filthy (stained carpets, hair all over washroom), no soaps, seemed like furniture was missing (no coffee table, no end tables). Went to front desk to complain, was told room was clean with manager signing off, large rooms aren’t fully furnished, all soaps are in shower locked (have to use those dispensers to wash hands) and there are no available rooms to move us too. We were tired & needed a place to rest. Next morning we spoke with other patrons who had the same experience as we had. There were only a few cars in parking lot, not many people staying there and there should have been a clean room for us to move too. When we checked out I asked for our room key deposit was told it’ll take up to 5 days for a refund and we complained again about our room which we were ignored (almost like they wanted us to leave). We will never return to this Holiday Inn location and strongly suggest people go somewhere else. We have been long term Red Roof Inn patrons, wanted something like a Holiday Inn as a step up and this location was a definitely a disappointment. Shame on Holiday Inn. We will go back to our old standby Red Roof Inn as they are always clean, friendly and will do anything to make your stay an enjoyable one.

Rooms were very comfortables and clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good with the basic items. My only suggestion will be to buy all the staff you need for the night. Water, snacks, milk. They have a fridge to use. They have a little convenience store, but is not fully stocked. They didn’t have water or milk which we needed for the night.

Disappointing. Cannot recommend. This location is owned by 2 separate sub-tiers and is not a direct part of the IHG company. They do not integrate into the IHG app and everything is done on paper. The rooms are “ok” but minimally updated. The are no USB hubs in the room (aside from a small, cheap clock on the far side of the room). The bath/shower were fine but the mounted soap dispensers were mostly empty and were not refilled despite a request. The carpets were dirty and you will track dirt marks if feet or shoes are the slightest bit damp. The bed was excessively firm and equal to sleeping on the floor. The hotel was nicely quiet and the location was convenient to area dining. I have stayed at far better Express’s. This one suffers from weak ownership who are not investing in the business. Bottom Line - a disappointing hotel from a solid brand due to ownership (3rd parties).

It's a Holiday Inn Express so it's basically the McDonald's of hotels. Room was clean. Folks in the hallways were really loud for a long time, having a party out there as opposed to their room maybe???but not sure if that's a regular thing. Also, no vending machines so if you want to get a bunch of junk food, you have to buy it at the front desk. Can't hide your poor unhealthy choices. Might be great if you're on a diet, but that was really annoying.

The room I stayed in appeared to be a newly renovated room. The tub had some of its new resurfacing peeling off, obviously done on a budget. The shower head barely flowed water and had no pressure at all. The key cards did not work upon arrival and we couldn't get into our rooms. MANY other guests were experiencing the same problem. The room access was promptly addressed but not resolved. Someone was called in to reprogram the door locks and change the batteries, problem solved for a day only to return the next day. A reprogramming of the key cards quickly resolved the issue this time. The staff at this location absolutely shines. They are some of the nicest, caring and competent people I have ever had the pleasure to meet. The breakfast buffet was overwhelmed due to a fully booked hotel for the solar eclipse day. The person who managed to keep this buffet stocked was absolutely amazing, a big thank you to JAY who never stood still. He worked to keep breakfast moving while fielding requests by some pretty ignorant patrons and managed to stay pleasant and focused, can't say enough about this young man, thank you. A family with a heavy Canadian accent tried to steal toilet paper, towels, coffee, and other supplies from the young lady behind the front desk. The wife got all the supplies, the husband then asked for the same list. The young lady politely but sternly told him that she just gave all those supplies to his wife and told him she knows they are in the same room. In conclusion, the staff is what makes this the place great. I will return to it and recommend it to others. OWNER, PLEASE APPRECIATE YOUR STAFF AS MUCH AS YOUR CUSTOMERS DO🙂

First time at rock burger, always have drove passed & never gave it a try- so glad we came in, the food was yummy! Onion rings were a bit over cooked but I’d rather it be that than undercooked & soggy , wings were good, didn’t like the ranch much
