Staff was absolutely amazing. Very nice,helpful and considerate. We were here for a cruise and it was right across the street from our port. Rooms and building were beautiful and extremely comfortable. We are looking into staying here for a week just to hang around the area. Thank you all front desk and housekeeping....great job!!!

10 of us came down the night before our Disney Cruise 🚢 and stayed the night at this IHG Hotel. Used our rewards points for three nice newer rooms, as the hotel is not very old. Location is great for any of the Cape Canaveral Cruise Ports. Easy drive over to the Disney Covered Parking Garage we used for our cruise. Ordered pizza 🍕 delivered to the hotel the night before our cruise. Nice Breakfast at the hotel before getting on the Disney Wish for lunch and our 4 day cruise.

This is a new hotel and everything was lovely. The staff were welcoming, the room was very clean, the beds were more comfortable than our mattress at home, and the breakfast was as expected from a hotel breakfast. The food was hot, yet not so flavorful, but we couldn't complain too much since it was a free perk of the stay. We were staying there the night before our cruise and it's located just 4 minutes from Terminal 1 and a walk across the street from Terminal 3. The only thing that could have made our stay better was for the hotel to provide a free shuttle to the cruise terminals. I'm not sure why they don't since they're so close and, since there's nothing else than cruise terminals around the location, there's really no other convenient reason to stay there.

Pleasantly surprised! Hotel appears brand new and has a much nicer pool than you would typically find at similarly priced hotels. Room was larger than the Holiday Inns I have stayed at. Staff, Mimi I think, was very friendly. And the breakfast cinnamon rolls are fantastic.

From the time we entered the hotel we felt welcomed and cared for. The hotel and the outside grounds were clean and well-kept. The pool area, the lobby, elevators and room was clean and spacious which made for a great environment to be in. I couldn't believe how close they were to the cruise ports which made getting to our cruise the next morning unbelievably stress-free. My thanks to all the staff for ALL that you do! There's only two ways the start of my vacation could have gone - good or bad and you all made it a great way to start one of the best vacations I've every had. NOTE: Very close to numerous restaurants and the water. Highly recommend staying here especially if going on a cruise through Cape Canaveral.

We chose this hotel because it was close to the port for our cruise. It was clean and spacious. The staff were not very friendly. Checked out the next day and barely got a goodbye much less a Thank you for staying. My son left his AirPods. I called about 15 minutes later and was told it would take 30 minutes for her to have an answer to if they found them. I was boarding the cruise ship at that time so I had a family member follow up. The called at least 15 times with no answer and even left a message with someone and no one return her call either. Four days later I returned to the hotel only to be told they didn’t find them.. I tracked the location of them and it’s an apartment complex in Cocoa Beach. So unfortunately I think the staff stole them.

The family and I had a good experience visiting the cape canaveral area. The hotel is affordable and service was great. Jetty park is a great place for the family. I have been there several times camping and have loved how families come together ❤️ It is definitely a place to visit.

Had a wonderful 4 night stay until check out. The property is well maintained and clean, pool and weight room are beautiful, breakfast had a good variety, and most staff were welcoming and friendly. So, it’s unfortunate that our great stay was soured by a rude snotty front desk lady named Rosanne. We checked out on 8/24/24 at 9:30 and her rudeness left a negative impression. We asked if she could please break a $20 for us… she insisted that she didn’t have any money to break it, yet the drawer opened with PLENTY of cash. That’s when I said again, “are you sure you can’t break a $20?” She held her hand up and shushed me. When my husband held out the $20, she held her hand up again and said, give me a minute to see what I have!” This was all done in a rude snotty tone that was completely uncalled for! Even the young man (employee) next to her looked embarrassed by her behavior. I still chose to give a 4 star rating, as it doesn’t seem right to tarnish the reputation over one bad employee. Maybe she just needs further customer service and general kindness training.
