NOT FOR SLEEPING. I was deprived of sleep in this hotel. If you're looking for a good night's sleep, avoid this hotel. The smoke detector’s flashing light is positioned directly above the bed, and it’s so bright and frequent that I couldn’t sleep at all. The room phone had no instructions on how to contact the front desk, so at 4 AM, I had to use my cellphone, navigate through multiple transfers, and finally reach someone who couldn’t offer any real help. They also had no eye masks available. I’ve stayed in many hotels, and I’ve never encountered a smoke detector light as bright, frequent, and disruptive as this one. After struggling to block the light with my leggings (which is sad in itself), I finally managed to fall asleep around 4:20 AM—only to be abruptly awakened less than two hours later by a blaring alarm at 6 AM. Of course, I didn’t set the alarm, and apparently, no one bothered to check if an alarm was set for the next guest. I suppose I could only blame myself for trusting that a hotel would ensure no alarms were set for new guests. This was the first time I’ve ever experienced an unexpected alarm in a hotel room. This stay was anything but restful, and I would never recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a good night’s sleep.

At the end of our 10-day trip visiting our daughter and son-in-law in Boston, we stayed here because of the airport shuttle and an early morning flight. The hotel seems new, or newly renovated, and the public areas were very clean and well maintained. The staff at the front desk were varying courteous and helpful, and understood the importance of the airport shuttle. We had reserved three spots on a 6:00 a.m. shuttle, and at 5:00 a.m. we got a phone call about traffic delays and problems with the shuttle. But, within minutes, the front desk had made other arrangements and we were able to get to the airport in plenty of time to check in for our flights. We were a bit disappointed by the cleanliness of our room when we found a pair of someone's old socks on the floor in the bathroom, and our bathroom had no hand soap or bar soap of any kind for the sink, and only two towels for the whole room. The breakfast offerings were fairly typical, and we were glad they began service promptly at 6:00 a.m. so we could grab a quick bite before our shuttle. The hot breakfast items included scrambled eggs, sausage links, breakfast potatoes, waffles, oatmeal, etc., and there were several cereal options, fresh fruit, and yogurt. Our only caution with the hotel is how unreasonably high priced they are, simply because of their proximity to the airport and their shuttle. We paid approximately $350 for one night in a standard two-queen room.

Clean and nice guest room. Kind employees. Reasonable price. Good location to travel Boston metro area if you have or rent a car. Floor in shower booth was a little slippery, watch out.

Positive: Location and front desk staff was amazing Negative: They didn't actually clean the rooms after any of the three nights.Brought new towels and dropped them off that was it.

Positive: Perfect location close to the airport with free shuttle service. Very clean, comfortable room. Super friendly staff! Will definitely stay here again! Negative: If I had one critique it would be that the kitchen is very slow to put food out. 40 min for an order of chicken tenders. Restaurant was not busy at all. Negative: ""

Brand new so everything looks pristine. The rooms are lovely with comfortable bed. The breakfast was ok. Eggs tasting rubbery. There is a bar which is great. Nice staff but when coffee ran out and I let them know they just shrugged their shoulders.

Parking fee is not included. Hotel offers free washer and dryer. The rooms were cleaned.Quick check in and check out location is good a mile or 2 away from the beach ⛱️ and shopping center. Front desk, over night stay was great 👍🏾. Negative things ... they had a birthday party in the small and only pool in the building ..So we couldn't use the pool for that day. Also the outside room door scanner from outside of the rooms kept falling out of the doors.. had to bend over to pick up the cover almost each time the door was closed. Breakfast was good . Thank you all!!

Holiday inn Logan was an awesome affordable (in comparison to others in the area) spot for a quick stay before a flight. Rooms were clean and modern, check in was quick and breakfast was pretty alright. The complimentary shuttle was very convenient - saved a few dollars avoiding rideshare.
