I just want to personally thank Elijah who works at the front desk. Hes's amazing! I ran into a minor issue but because I been there once before he called his manger and immediately got it handled swiftly. I appreciate Elijah very much. The hotel is clean, beds are comfortable, breakfast was amazing.

Very nice hotel. My room was clean, well-appointed, and spacious. The beds were comfortable. The TV in my room was first-rate. They had a good variety of food for breakfast: omelets, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, turkey and pork sausage, pancakes, cinnamon rolls, fruit. All the staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay. The only negative was the relatively slow wi-fi.

Excellent customer service from the moment we entered the door! The two gentleman working today,( I believe they said their names were Leonard and Elijah) were amazing! Very friendly, polite and engaging. You can tell they genuinely enjoy their job and are not just here for a check! They deserve a raise! Our room was clean and as advertised online. I have no complaints at all!

Pretty pricey at $150 a night. The place is empty. But they have Tesla chargers! Apparently the AC is out in the lobby and breakfast area, pretty unbearable when eating breakfast. No cinnamon rolls, pretty much the draw to stay here. But they did awesome BACON!! Asked if they had a realistic weekly rate since it was empty. Figured they would want the occupancy and would negotiate. They actually quoted me a higher rate than I paid for a single night. Not sure why they did that. Looked like they could use the sold rooms. Anyway. Pretty pricey for what you get.

All five service We also would like to single out an exceptional receptionist hospitality and very clean breakfast area... Live the contemporary, functional quality room furniture. TB with phone share options... everything else is 5 star. Holiday inn Express at its best..

From the second we walked in, we felt like family. I’m sorry I forgot her name, but a woman was at the front desk & she got us checked in right away. She allowed us to pick what floor we wanted to be on. She was very nice. The room & bathroom were clean. Great customer service. The breakfast every morning was good & hot. Every morning was something different to eat with several options. We were like 10min away from Six Flags & like 20min away from Truist Park. Nice & safe area. There’s also a McDonald’s, Chic fil A & gas station right in front. Would stay there again

I was scheduled for the Marriott downtown ATL when I got there at 130 in the morning. I wouldn't get out of the car horrible. I jumped the highway and saw the Hilton. Nicole was so pleasant that she helped me out with 2 joining rooms. I have a disabled mom and my 3 nieces. The stay for the 9 hours was great nice clean rooms. The offer breakfast the breakfast was the best I've had at a hotel. I plan to only stay here when I visit the ATL. Thanks, Nicole. ❤️
