Holiday Inn Express Atlanta W (I-20) Douglasville, an IHG Hotel - Hotel in Douglasville - 7101 Concourse Pkwy, USA

While I was mainly happy with our stay here, I unfortunately cannot give it 5 stars. The hotel is very clean and convenient, close to many restaurants and right off the interstate. They offer a pretty decent breakfast. Unfortunately, my son had a pair or apple air pods that he left in the room when we were away one day and they disappeared. While I'd like to think that this was somehow an accident, I find it hard to believe. House keeping cleans rooms daily. They ping in the area of the laundry room/back parking lot behind pool. So they're either somewhere in the laundry room or in the parking lot that the laundry room is adjacent to. After reading other reviews, apparently I'm not the first guest with this problem. When you pay over $1100 for 6 nights, you'd like to think that your valuables are safe in your room.

For your money, you get a steady dose of CNN in the lobby. The rooms have no smart TVs which is strange this day and age. However, the rooms are clean and the staff is nice. There is good food close by with a Walmart just down the street if you've forgot something. Overall, it is a good place to rest.

My son and I loved this hotel. Very comfortable king size bed. Clean room. Clean bathroom. Great water pressure. Awesome pool. My son said it’s better than six flags lol. Amazing breakfast. Staff very kind. Quiet stay, not too noisy. We loved it, and this will be our new place to stay when we come to six flags.

The receptionist was ok, the place seems clean, ofrece complementary breakfast but It wasn’t good at all; the sauces and egg was really cold, the potatoes definitely super old( at 7:40am). The room was ok but unfortunately found a stinky leftover food in the mini fridge.

Very nice hotel off the interstate. The staff is very and accommodating. The room was clean and nice, no issues! Breakfast was good! Nice place to stay!

I use to stay at Hampton Inn by the mall when I came to visit good ol D'Ville but 2 visits ago, Hampton was packed and they couldn't get me in so I stayed at Holiday Inn instead. The rooms were extremely clean both times that I stayed and so were the bathrooms. It had a very relaxing atmosphere too. They have security cameras down the hall as well as outside, near the parking. I feel safe here. The surrounding hotels had a creepy vibe to them. The first time that I stayed here, I'm so glad that I did because I found out later on that night that ten cars were broken into at the Hampton. Everything has a reason... Right? The staff are incredible and very friendly as well. I for one, have never had a problem staying here at all. The police make their security checks outside on the premises too. The beds are nice and comfy with plushy pillows. The biggest con I saw is that they do raise prices on rooms if they have so many left before the end of the night. Members get discounted perks so be sure to sign up on the IHG app for your rewards otherwise, the rooms can get pricey.

I had the greatest experience the staff was very helpful and Kennedy at the front Desk is so wonderful she always is willing to go the extra mile with helping and finding the solution to any questions or concerns that I may have.

The hotel is in a great location but they don’t have great staff. Left my entire wallet in the room. Called TWICE before I left Atlanta to see if anyone found it. Twice they told me no. I had to get on the road to go home. Then an entire WEEK later they called to say they found it. Housekeeping ”had it on their cart” Then to add insult to injury, they wouldn’t ship it to me. There are other hotels in this area, choose another one. Somebody there tried to keep my wallet and the staff is 100% unwilling to help even AFTER they found it.
