One or two BAD apples ............Rooms were very nice. Well done, clean and tidy. The problem was breakfast. I was asked to leave the buffet with my trained and certified service animal. The desk attendant was rude and disrespectful as was the person running the food. I've been to many MANY hotels with Jerry and we've never been treated so poorly if those two people left, I'd come here again. More ADA training

Here is the review I wish someone else had written before I booked there: 1 . The area- there is a huge hotel 6 directly across from it, across meaning only a small neighborhood street divides it. Early Saturday afternoon there was a red faced drug addict stumbling around who yelled racial slurs at me and my child while I got out my car in the hotel parking lot. Went to the local raceway gas station to fill up car and the security guard inside looked like he had on riot gear, complete with face mask. Several very low budget hotels in the area. There were places to eat though, which would be nice if it weren’t for the fear factor. 2. The staff- super nice while we were there… after check out noticed about $369 dollars more worth of charges than I expected, the lady who answered sounded like she was annoyed I called, said there would be a supervisor who would call in the morning, surprise surprise never called, and no receipt… turns out they put a $380 hold on your card which takes a while to come off, plus charge you for the rooms when you check out, they charge for parking (imagine being charged to park your car around drug addicts and other street people… at least there’s a gate… I guess) . Anyone can walk around the front of the gate that only has two levers to let you in or out. The room itself had a bathroom door that did not close all the way but otherwise was average. The best part was the staff who was nice while there. I would 1000% pay more money to be in a better area in a nicer hotel, it’s not worth thinking you are going to save a few pennies

Although I had a great check-in experience my experience after that began to decline tremendously. My first & second night we were not able to get sleep due to the fire alarm going off both nights. Fellow guests, my loved ones & myself were evacuated for approximately an hour or more both nights. The first night was due to a guest apparently smoking in their room, the second night there was an alarming smell of gas in the lobby. The desk clerk for that night shift denied the smell and was very nonchalant; borderline tried to gaslight everyone saying there wasn’t a gas smell. Thankfully, before having to get back on the road, the fire alarm did not go off the previous night. However, I did not have hot water the morning of my departure. Not sure why but that too was unacceptable. I have emailed the GM & assistant GM. I also left two voicemails as well to be contacted about my experience and no one has returned an email or a phone call. This is poor customer service and I would not recommend this hotel in case you were to experience anything similar to this. Your problems will not be resolved.

I was hoping that I would have had a pleasurable experience however the visit was not what we expected. Our room was nice however the room’s bathroom was extremely warm. The breakfast was not what was advertised. Also, my mom had a tv that wasn’t working so the first night of stay - no tv. Do better.

This hotel is close to Atlanta airport and does provide a shuttle service. At the time that we went to the hotel despite there being no information to the country on their website they have shuttle service was not working and we ended up taking a shuttle to the Holiday Inn Suites across the road. Breakfast experience with similar to that at other Holiday Inn Express hotels and the staff were friendly and accommodating. There are some decent equipment at the fitness center and the hotel has a nice big pool which seemed to be quite warm when we swim in it. Given that we booked this hotel at the last minute I was somewhat frustrated that there was no information provided on the website about the service bus being in the garage and that's not available. Note at Atlanta Airport that there are multiple Holiday Inn and Holiday Inn Express Hotel so make sure to choose the right one when selecting a bus.

The rooms were not clean and the shower backed up/water pooled. The breakfast was okay. Overall, the entire room felt dirty and the sheets had hairs on them. Luckily I was only here one night since I missed a connecting flight. Was told the airport shuttle was broken upon check in but in the morning there was a shuttle or someone was helping them out. The shuttle guy asked for tips several times.

Just wow! This hotel looks newly remodeled with beautiful, clean rooms. The staff is absolutely amazing, especially Jamal at the reception, who is kind and very knowledgeable. The restaurant attendants were also very friendly and welcoming. It’s super refreshing to receive such great customer service.

Check in was fine. We were only staying one night, so I thought I would be safe from any bad service. But was I wrong. I went to the pool, first thing, and there were no towels at the pool, so I had to use one from the room (which there are only 2) and I traveled with my SO. Me and several other guests at the pool asked for towels, repeatedly, for hours. And I mean hours. By the time I was out 2 hrs later, still no towels. That went on all night. They gave me the run around the entire day, with every excuse, and had me waiting up for towels saying they would be at my room in "15 min"..."20 min" "soon". Each hour I went back to the front desk to ask where the towels were, so and my SO could shower. I was so tired from traveling and staying up the night before and needed to take a nap before the night came bc of family plans and I couldnt bc I was waiting for towels the whole day. I was incredibly sleep deprived and annoyed at the constant times not being adhered to. When I went back to my room the fridge was leaking all over the place. So I had to use more towels. The mantainence guy came after the same run around of me going to the front desk, them telling me 15 min, I wait for 30, no one comes and I go back to the front desk, repeat. I spent more time at the front desk then I did in my room the day I checked in. It was an awful, not relaxing at all experience. Staff was nice, but not effective and didn't know how to handle small situations. The amount of hours that I waited for towels, I couldve done 2 loads myself! I was stressed, sleep deprived and annoyed my whole stay. I did get towels nearing midnight. Great.
