Great location right off the interstate. The room itself was comfortable, clean and presentable. The shower had very little water pressure, however, I made it work the best I could. There was a TV playing LOUDLY on the third floor until 2:30 AM, and after that I could still hear muffled conversations in my room from somewhere else in the hotel. I have no idea where these people were! I stayed at the hotel for two nights and had put the 'Do Not Disturb' - type placard on the doorknob, but when I was out someone still came in the room and removed the towels I was using, which defeats the purpose of putting the placard out at all. Not a huge deal I guess, but they didn't even replace the towels. A positive note - The parking lot is well lit at night. I really appreciated that. With all factors considered, I would say it was an average stay. I would still recommend the hotel, with some mild reservations. Hope this helps.
Only book if you want to play testing bunnies for them as this is new property. That too you have to pay to be one. No hot breakfast and pool is not operational yet as they are waiting for inspections to complete. Not sure why they are advertising it with the pictures of something that is still not available. No where on the booking this was highlighted! Had to move rooms as the housekeeping on the original room was not done. Best one was someone entered in our room at 6 AM, not sure how the person was able to get in without a key. Seems their systems need inspection too! This was unbelievable, clear breach of privacy and security. I reported this to the desk and manager did not even bothered to give a call back and explain the situation. Seems they are all about making money. I was also told that they will adjust the rate for my inconvenience but nope, naada! IHG, I expect better from your brands!
This holiday inn is fairly new (3-4 months old) but several pieces of the flooring in the hallway leading to the first floor rooms are cracked/missing. The breakfast is just like the photos on their website, however the lady that works the breakfast is sweet as they come. We had our 2 shih tzu dogs with us and Mr.Steve at the front desk requested to see them.He gave them doggie treats and a pop up water bowl. I thought that was really nice and they made us feel very welcome. The staff was phenomenal. Miss Sarah at check in was great at explaining our perks and the location of things to do nearby. It was our anniversary weekend and this location was great for what we wanted to do.
The rooms were nice and fresh. I didn’t like where the toilet is located in the bathroom. It’s ok if it’s just one, but with more than yourself, it’s a bad location….right as you open the door. It would be better if the toilet had its own little space like I’ve seen in other hotels. The shower was really nice and it had dove products in it. Body wash, shampoo and conditioner. I think we stayed in room 122 ( 2 queens) and the bed closest to the window squeaks as you’re trying to get comfortable and toss around. Took me a minute to figure out how to work the lamp on the desk. Great Italian spot we walked to just on the other side of the hotel and a nail shop. I would most definitely stay here again mainly due to the level of treatment we received. A lot of times, the front desk people are the ones that make or break my decisions on staying. This one is a big plus. Pool was unavailable for our stay but should be ready next year.
This is a brand new hotel that did not get adequately finished prior to being allowed to open. I should have taken pictures, but the quality of the workmanship is poor and it is visible to the average person. Unfinished tile edges, poorly finished drywall & paint; uncleaned tile; construction debris in toilets; phones did not work (tried to call front desk); no breakfast or pool as the health department did not approve them to open; only one functional elevator that has firestop smeared around the edges of the doors; no door thresholds at exterior doors; exterior lights not installed and loose electric wire laying on the ground; exposed electrical conduit coming apart; had to change rooms twice. Walls are likely no different than your house as you can clearly hear the people in the rooms on either side and that is really disturbing- and unusual for a hotel. This place is a wreck and needed another few weeks to be ready to open. The ladies running the desk were frazzled and then some guy at checkout was already exhausted and didn't care at all and refused to provide a discount after stiffing us on breakfast and having to change rooms twice. An unusually poor experience.
No swimming pool and no hot breakfast. Bread, cereal and milk also were not available. The room access cards didn’t work the first time, have to get the cards fixed at the reception again to be able to access the room.
NO POOL Website needs to take down that they offer a pool and breakfast because neither one are open. staff said its because they are still waiting on inspections. refused to offer any compensation, a discount. GM very rude about it saying on IHG website that no pool no breakfast. Well I didn't book through IHG i booked thouhg here which says nothigna bout it
Brand new hotel just opened. Signs to the hotel are not there and GPS was bit accurate, Check in was long with staff trying to figure out system. Most disappointing was breakfast consisted of a biscuit, coffee and yogurt. NOT YOUR NORMAL IHG Express breakfast. Hotel manager stated he was providing a breakfast. IHG website should notify folks it is a new hotel and they are not offering a NORMAL breakfast.
BE FOREWARNED ... they cannot serve bkfst yet as no health permits. It's coffee banana and muffin. No disclosure when I specifically asked at checkin. Hate that I chose this new location thinking it would be nice experience over downtown. Yes the breakfast experience is part of a good day for me and I paid for it.

This place is so great. Everything from the indoor fireplace, to the hot tub just outside the bedroom, to the HEATED FLOORS in the bathroom (not to mention heated toilet seat and bidet, even a heated towel rack!) They take it a step (or twelve) furth
Great experience! From first reaching out with general questions, to a quick and easy process of getting signed in to classes. The owner was great with communication. I walked into the 4:30pm class with Coach Donivan and with three years experience m
