Holiday Inn Express & Suites Youngstown N (Warren/Niles), an IHG Hotel - Hotel in Warren - 135 Highland Terrace Blvd, USA

Such a wonderful surprise of a hotel option in the area! Rooms were clean, spacious (we had a suite), and the bathroom had a deep tub with jacuzzi jets. The pool area was decent, open pretty late, and had a working hot tub. Now, the rooms weren't anything "spectacular" but they were clean, comfy, and did the job for a night. The girls at the reception desk were spectacular though! So sweet and fun. They had to reprogram our key card because apparently if you get the cards close to cell phones, air pods, etc that deactivates them. So weird.

This hotel never lets me down. We booked the 1 bedroom King Suite with the separate lv rm, and large kitchen with full sized frig, microwave and 2 bar stools. This hotel is always very clean and it's located near tons of restaurants and shopping. The staff is always professional and friendly. The jetted tub feels amazing and more than large enough for two people. The bathroom is huge and also has 2 vanities and nice shower. Water was nice and hot. The fireplace in the lobby made it warm and toasty. To top it off they had a deep freezer full of complimentary popsicles and ice cream sandwiches by the check in desk for guests. Loved that!! Checking in and out was a breeze. I highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed at this hotel for a family wedding. When we arrived we were greeted in a friendly manner and checked in efficiently. We were asked if we needed anything and we were happily assisted with our questions and needs. We went to our room which was larger than expected and perfectly kept. I’ve experienced poorer service and amenities at hotels with more stars. To simply put it we were extremely pleased with our stay in all aspects. I couldn’t ask for a better experience. Thank you

We stayed here on our wedding night 22 yrs ago. Back in town to visit family & needed a place to stay. We were pleasantly suprised at how well maintained the hotel has been. Every staff member we encountered from the desk to the food service, to pool & cleaning staff were very friendly, helpful & professional. Located very central to all we wanted to do. Will definitely stay here again when we’re in town.

This hotel is perfect for the price. I went to several hotels on a three-month business trip to Ohio, but it was one of the nicest hotels. The reception staff were friendly, and the cleaning staff were always greeting and welcoming. They try to accommodate customers' requests as much as possible. And best to provide a good room for IHG Diamond members. Thanks to you, I was able to stay comfortably. Thank you again.

You will not find a nicer staff to take care of you in a hotel setting. The lobby had old-fashioned charm but the rooms felt bleak. However, the rooms come with all the extras of a microwave, a decent sized small fridge, and a dining table and chairs for two. Unfortunately for me, the king sized bed and sofa room also came with a spa tub that is not good for someone my age. That wonderful staff found me a room designed for a handicapped person that came with the bed and sofa, but I must admit I would have preferred a walk-in tub and to not have to deal with a front door that takes a minute to close. Yet I think I would choose this hotel again for all the positives

Our stay was fantastic, excellent breakfast and wonderful service. My only complaint is out standard king needed more USB ports closer to the beds, (there is one on the desk). Other than that it was absolutely wonderful, and quite frankly the best Holiday Express we have ever stayed at. You wont find a better hotel breakfast anywhere.

Wow! All businesses should treat their customers as we were treated. It was obvious at check-in that this hotel was special, and the staff takes great pride in their work. Ice cream and cookies for snacks, clean room, great shower, and wonderful breakfast. The breakfast selection was outstanding, and kept very clean and stocked. Everyone was so friendly. Nice pond in the back, and very convenient to shopping. Congratulations for the outstanding customer service!
