Holiday Inn Express & Suites Wilson I-95, an IHG Hotel - Hotel in Wilson - 5000 Hayes Pl, USA

We called a week in advance to reserve a room that would fit our family (2 adults, 4 kids). We were given a confirmation online and verbally for a suite. Traveling with kids can be hard so we always plan ahead. When we arrived, we were told that the desk attendant had given our room away. No explanation. Little apology. We were given a room with 1 king bed for 6 people. After 7 hours of driving with kids, this was not a warm welcome. Would not recommend based on their customer service.

Water pressure in shower was strong. Door too room looks like it was kicked in to open. Large gaps around door when lights went out. Positives-- It was recently renovated and clean. Staff was polite. Has outdoor pool Has morning buffet breakfast 630am till 930am. All day coffee is available. I would stay again in hotel.

The front desk staff was sooo nice! I felt welcomed, there seemed to be some residents that lived there, maybe not, but it felt like it was their home. The dogs in the hotel were awful!!!’ Barking ALL NIGHT LONG! I can’t believe no one stopped this! Make them leave if they can’t behave. Little dogs, big dogs.. dogs all night. And the walls were paper thin, I could hear everything outside door as if it was in the inside door hall! I had to put blankets under door to try to minimize the noise. I wanted to like it more, but it was just too noisy!

Better rates if you book directly. Great location, right off the Rt95 exit. Small cozy room with: 2 very comfy queen beds, desk/chair, built in luggage countertop, closet, safe, iron&board, sink outside bthrm, adequate water pressure, microwave, mini fridg, keurig, pet friendly. Very clean. Cracker Barrel & Chick Fil A next door. Variety of breakfast items were nice. (800 mi/13hrs from southwest FL)

First time my husband and I stayed here. We were very pleased at the cleanliness and setup of our room. We had a free breakfast and truthfully I wasn’t expecting much. I was impressed by the quality and amount of the breakfast items that we had to choose from in the food area. The staff was very polite and friendly. We will definitely stay there again when we need a place to stay in the area.

Not terrible, but not great. The room we were put in was next to the bathroom on the bathroom on the first floor. It sounded like people were in your room. Other than that, clean enough for an overnight stop while driving back from SC.

Really weird there aren't vents in the bathroom lol... Room smells of mildew and it's a bit humid which could totally be fixed with ventallation. Also, you can hardly close the doors, esp the bathroom Breakfast was great, staff was friendly, and the room was clean though.

We just finished up our stay here this past weekend. Everything was great! Room was comfortable and quiet. Staff were amazing! The breakfast was awesome as well. Definitely recommend staying here!
