Holiday Inn Express & Suites White Haven - Poconos, an IHG Hotel - Hotel in White Haven - 547 PA-940, USA

My experience at this hotel has been nothing short of awful. The room appeared clean and nice at first but looked at my sheets and saw they were stained (see photo). My second night there was intense music with loud bass from about 10:30 until 12:45 in the morning. I had called the front desk and informed them of the music but it just kept going (likely not the staffs fault at all). To top it off, the morning of my last stay we had no hot water (barely even lukewarm) and our toilet wasn’t flushing.

My son and I stayed the night during a ski trip. It was perfect for what we needed, a place to rest. The hot tub and pool were great, everything was clean. We also utilized the laundry room to dry our wet gear after a day of skiing in the rain. Only complaint I have is the room had a smoke odor.

The staff are the best. Love Anthony and the rest of the crew! We've already stayed a dozen or so times at the Holiday Inn Express in White Haven. Extremely clean room. We loved the contemporary design. We stayed in a suite this time as usual. The indoor pool was a nice touch. They always acknowledge our Platinum status.

I took my son to ski at Jack Frost and stay overnight. This location was great! It was only 10 minutes from the mountain, the rooms and facilities were clean and the breakfast was great. The staff were extremely accommodating. Shout out to Anthony who helped ship a lost belonging for son back. Thank you Anthony!

I recently stayed here and there was a few hiccups at first with my toilet not flushing but it was resolved. The staff were really friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good and served quickly. My room was very clean. The night staff was awesome! I’d likely stay again!

Actually, I was surprised to find out about such a comfortable stay at this hotel. This was my fourth time in Poconos and my first time staying at Holiday Inn. It was a relaxing, clean, and friendly hotel with good access to supermarkets and outlet malls. It was also very convenient because the elevator was close to the entrance, and we had free coffee and muffins every morning. Thank you, I will choose here again.

We stayed here for one night and the front desk staff were very helpful when we forgot some needed items for our stay. The hot cocoa bar in the lobby was a great addition. The hot tub and pool were wonderful to relax in. Breakfast offered several food options. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would return.

Stayed here for one night after going to the lantern festival at pocono raceway. It was nice and close. Room had a bit of a smell to it, but once you’re in there for a bit, you no longer notice it. We all planned on taking showers in the morning, but there were some hairs that didn’t belong to us on and in the tub so we opted to shower once we got home. Beds and pillows were a bit too soft, but not horrible. Can’t comment on breakfast because we opted for diner. Front end staff were very nice. They also allowed us to check in early, which was very nice.
