Nice Hotel! From the DOOR I felt welcomed! We were greeted by Candice, with a friendly smile and hello, easy check in and she was very helpful. We were in need of a few things during our stay and she assured that we had everything we needed to have an enjoyable experience. We need more people like her in customer service. Holiday Inn you all have a jewel with Candice. Experiences like the one she created keeps people coming back! At least I know I will 😂

Great place to stay, clean rooms friendly staff. KC Mae worked the morning shift during our stay and she went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible under our sad circumstances to lay our love one to rest. She was very accommodating to everyone.

I can't begin to give enough compliments on the staff at this Holiday inn. A Big thank you to KC @ the front desk. From the time we arrived she was amazing. She helped us accommodate our special needs for my brother's celebration of life. Thank you KC that you made a difficult trip smooth easily. The kitchen staff and cleaning staff was AMAZING! They went above and beyond normal expectations. If we ever visit this area again this is where we would stay. We truly appreciate everyone at this hotel. Thank you! Tracy & Brenda

Easy to get to. They always put me in a handicap room. Fixtures loose or falling off. Staff couldn’t figure out how to get me checked in with my IHG account and when I went to check out, they couldn’t figure out how to print a receipt for me. This should be simple, every day things. I always push to stay at IHG hotels since I’m a member, but this one I will pass on every time. This is the second time I’ve stayed, and the first time was the same thing. I figured it had been a few years, and to give it a second chance. Don’t.

This hotel needs some serious help. The rooms and entire hotel are in desperate need of renovations. The room we had a king bed, which was fine, but they charged us over $200.00 for it, so I feel we were ripped off, given the poor quality of the room. The bathtub drain cover was missing, leaving the nasty looking drain exposed. They had put a piece of granite trim at the threshold of the bathroom door and it is not flush with the floor so I ended up tripping on it and hurting my toe. The night before we stayed here, we stayed in another Holiday Inn Express in TX that was SUPER nice, we'll maintained, and cost about $50 less. I love Holiday Inn Express & Suites hotels and have never been let down until now. There are other places to stay in this vicinity. I would go there instead of staying here. It was just kind of nasty.

Firstly i have stayed at nicer places but let me say, customer service is a biggy for them an it goes a long way! The staff was amazing like i didn't meet anyone who wasnt willing to answer a question or give directions. My room was clean, smelled wonderful. I love the nice size bottles of dove products in the bathroom. The washer and dryer was broke, BUT they accommodated us by washing the uniforms for us. Like come on thats customer service!! Without attitude, happy to do they're job. Loved it! Lastly the location was awesome literally multiple places to eat at within like a 5 to 10 min. distance. Shopping centers within 15min. Seriously tons of things to choose from in short distances. Our team enjoyed the pool. The elevator was a stickler but over all i enjoyed myself. Breakfast gave pretty good options. Over all i'd definitely stay again. I loved our stay at Holiday Inn West Monroe ❤

Positive: The bed was very comfy and the breakfast was wonderful. The staff were great. Negative: The hallways were dirty, there was construction going on, food in the elevator, I think it is overpriced for the way the building looked around the halls etc.

This is the best hotel ever. Even though there’s construction going on and they’re making it better everybody went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. The breakfast staff made sure that we all had hot delicious homemade food every morning as well as the rest of the Staff even opening doors for us as we went. This is the most accommodating hotel I have ever been at. To give them five stars, for their review is not enough.. I’m extremely grateful that I stayed here instead of anywhere else
