We have stayed at this property several times and every time it is top notch. The staff is so friendly and helpful in every aspect. Tommy, Lynn, Destinee, Alex and Andre are all so nice, knowledgeable and helpful. Having worked in the hotel / hospitality industry for 25 years, I can definitely say that having that many staff members at a single property, giving A++ service, is a rare and special treasure. Kudos to each and every one of them. The property itself is so clean and welcoming with little touches that warm the heart and are pleasing to the senses. I highly recommend this particular IHG property if you are staying in the Melbourne, FL area. It is conveniently located and well priced.

Another great IHG property. In very good shape and well maintained. Rooms are spacious and clean as well as the common areas. Only draw back continues to be the breakfast, but this isn’t this property’s fault, it’s a hotel chain issue at this level of hotels. Would be nice to see fresher and healthier choices like fruit, freshly cooked eggs instead of the microwaved, processed food that’s served.

Everyone was very helpful that we spoke to. It was a super easy reservation and checkin process. We had a total of 6 people in our group check in at different times and everyone enjoyed the breakfast and stay. Our beds were very comfortable clean and the rooms were very modern and up to standards! Happy customers!

The cleanest room I have ever stated. The best toiletries provided on the bathroom. |Facilities were kept in excellent conditions. ||The daily breakfast was excellent and there were employees replenishing food at all times. ||All employees were the best. Reception employees were very helpful checking in and checking out. ||Manager was present during breakfast talking to guests and assuring everything was ok. |

The room was very clean when we arrived. The beds were super comfortable and I liked the amount of lighting in the room. The mini fridge kept our drinks super cold. I do wish there was better breakfast selection and maybe vending machines (did not see any) to purchase additional beverages but overall great stay.

I enjoyed the time I spent in the room and sleep. I loved the bed so comfortable. The breakfast was very delicious and fresh. I Liked the pool and hot tub. Room was clean. The staff was very friendly and kind and knowledgeable.

The front desk employees Alex, Andre, Destiny, and Brian were the best. They were amazing and made the stay perfect. Breakfast ladies were sweet. Food was pretty good. Housekeeping did a terrific job as well.

Probably the nicest Holiday Inn I have ever stayed in. Beautiful layout, all these little touches really make the difference. The staff is so, so incredibly nice. Andre working the desk was our favorite. Highly recommended.
