Holiday Inn Express & Suites Weatherford, an IHG Hotel - Hotel in Weatherford - 850 I-20, USA

The family room/suite is a fantastic set up! I wish more hotels had that exact layout with a separate king bed in a spacious yet little room that is not attached/accessible to the hotel room door. The main room was huge with a convenient pull out bed. Very family friendly. There was a small hiccup however, but Candy at the front desk was quick to help and resolve. She is always so friendly and helpful both in person and on the phone. Holiday inn is lucky to have her! Thank you for making the stay great!

Excellent hotel on the south side of Weatherford immediately adjacent to I-20. Location is perfect for anything you want to do or visit in the Weatherford area. ||Hotel appears to be very new and the staff was very attentive to anything we needed. Our room, with a small exception, was perfect - laid out well and the furnishings very modern and immaculate. Room air conditioner relatively quiet (small vibration but not a big deal) and the bed was very comfortable. ||The breakfast buffet was also good with several hot dishes (scrambled eggs, sausage, gravy, and a pancake machine)||We did notice some mold the base of the walk in shower. We’ve noticed this at some other hotels as well - hard to understand as it’s way to take care of if you maintain frequently (Tilex spray etc). If not for this we would have given the hotel a 5 star

Having home repairs to my bathroom so I booked this Motel and I am glad I did. Awsome staff from the afternoon to the AM when I checked out. Room was clean and the bathroom was spotless. Bed was great and a quiet location even being by the interstate! Breakfast buffet was probably one of the best I have seen.

I have never left a review in my life but the manager at this hotel truly lacks so much empathy I felt I needed to share. The hotel itself was nice and comfortable - the staff was also kind however the manager lack of empathy and assistance is the worst I have ever seen. ||We booked rooms for a wedding for April 2024 - with that people in our reservations arrived at different days/times. When someone from our reservation went down to check into our room blocked room she was asked if she wanted to extend her stay instead.. confused she said yes and was charged a full price rate of rooms. With that was asked if she wanted to cancel the reservations the manager saw in her files... why would have her extend her stay if she had her other paid reservations in her file... for the exact same dates, rooms and rates... When she cancelled that it also cancelled my parents reservations. ||When we arrived to the hotel at 12:30am due to flight delays we were told we had no room. The kind man at the front said they were sold out but called his manager for assistance.. she said over the phone "I am sorry but they will have to figure it out themselves." I understand they couldn't provide a room at that point but the lack of empathy for leaving my senior aged parents on the street in an unfamiliar city at 1am is frustrating in itself. After checking out we noticed we were charged full price instead of our room blocked rate... we have called into the hotel multiple times to resolve the issue told there is nothing that can be done, it was our mistake, or that we will get call backs and never do. I have spent over 3 hours on calls trying to resolve this and the manager is not willing to assist. A manager is a full reflection of a company and in this case she has done nothing to make our experience easier or better and it as been an extreme disappointment.

Excellent hotel with clean rooms and very friendly staff. Hotel is very conveniently located next to the highway with my only complaint being the cardio in the workout center wasn’t working but not the biggest deal in the works as the staff was upfront about it and incredibly nice. Will absolutely stay here again!

Stayed a night while in town for an important medical appointment for our daughter. This place was very nice and relievingly so after a string of bad hotel experiences for us. A bit pricey for 2 queens and sofa bed, but comfortable, clean, friendly/accomodating staff and excellent location literally right on the I-20 ramp that shoots into the metroplex. Breakfast area was a bit small for our family of 4, but we made it work and would be happy to do so again. We're moving to the area soon and will definitely be returning here to stay as needed along with recommending to others.

Company booked this hotel for me for a business trip and I had to take my dog with me. Enjoyed my stay staff was friendly and room was clean. Until a week later I had noticed an unauthorized charge for $90 on my card that I had put down only for incidentals. Called front desk and found it was for pet fees which no one ever stated I would be charged extra for that when I checked in or out. First time I called hotel the lady I spoke with was so unhelpful and didn’t care to help me resolve the issue. Ended up calling again and having the company card charged and mine reversed. I also ended up having to file a claim with my bank which resulting in me having to get a new debit card for the fraudulent charge. As you can imagine the domino effect that has now caused me having multiple bills on auto draft and such. It has been the biggest inconvenience I have ever received from staying at a hotel! Never staying that this location or a holiday inn for that matter ever again! Be sure to check your bank statements after you checkout especially if you have pets. Who knows what other charges they’ll try to sneak in without your knowledge. The lack of transparency at this hotel is beyond unethical and unprofessional.

Stayed two days! Close to many stores and restaurants. Check in was an ease. Front desk lady was so sweet. Room was clean and comfortable! Recommend this hotel!
