Holiday Inn Express & Suites Watsonville, an IHG Hotel - Hotel in Watsonville - 1855 Main St, USA

Very tired hotel. By far the worst H I Express we have been to, and we have had close to 100 nights over the last 30 years. It has been refreshed not long ago, but it still leaves a lot to be desired. You can hear from those above footsteps and water running. Every night we were awakened by shower around 3 to 4 am. We could clearly hear voices of noisy neighbors through the common wall. The only elevator is slow and noisy. I tried avoiding it but the stairs would only let you outside - no lobby access. It is just an old property. The newer Express properties are generally excellent. The location is generally good as it has many restaurants and freeway access nearby.

The staff including the people at the front desk did people who cook the breakfast the people who serve breakfast and the maids and everybody pleasant and helpful. The room was very professionally clean they had a great guess laundry room as well as a gym a pool and a computer office area with a printer. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a comfortable clean friendly nice place to stay wether on business or on vacation.

Overall an enjoyable stay. I will give the same criticism as always, have a TV remote with both sleep timer and allow me to change input. Breakfast attendant was a bit overwhelmed by a large construction crew staying at the property. She handled it well, but there was staff in the management office that could have stepped in to assist.

Super clean place rooms were nice. Everything in the room worked, including the air. Way worth the price with good free breakfast in the morning.I The lady at the front desk was super friendly. I've seen her in there a few times since I've stayed there a Is handful of times, What's the Swing shift super nice, super Friendly very helpful.

My gf came to this hotel twice and we both really enjoyed the stay here. Peace and quiet and the good thing is the window shades has two types of darkness. One is the back canvas which makes the room dark, the other is a layer for daylight.

They didn't have the room I requested so I ended up sleeping on a sofa sleeper, very uncomfortable. There are no closets. The bathtub looked like it was peeling qt the bottom and the water know was hard to turn. Room did have a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. The room was very clean and the free breakfast was small in size and options but okay for what it was.

Overall, this was a great stay. The rooms are comfortable and clean and the staff are very helpful. I would recommend this hotel for anyone staying in the area.

Booked a night to stay with the family so we didn't have to drive 2 hours home after a long day in Santa cruz. We were very pleased with the hotel. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Room was clean, beds were comfortable. Indoor pool was a blast for the children. I would definitely come back.
