Holiday Inn Express & Suites Vineland Millville, an IHG Hotel - Hotel in Vineland - 398 Smith St, USA

I am very pleased with this hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious. They smell great. Customer service was top-notch. The 3 to 11. manager went above and beyond to help us. Only complaints are there was a 150 hold placed on our card for incidentals, which we weren't aware of and breakfast. The pancake machine was broken, and they weren't serving cinnamon rolls.

Parked my semi on street in front of hotel. The front desk gave me a room front facing so I could easily keep an eye on my rig. She was great! Enjoyed a relaxing stay.

Hotel was remodeled completely, very clean and close to hiway ,yet very quiet , with the backyard a small wood. Parking kept clean all the time.Hot breakfast quite good and change food everyday Love the most : near Cumberland Mall, a large and still new center with most of our need for shopping : Sketcher ,Ross,Shop Rite,..and the excellent restaurants : Texas Roadhouse Steak,Longhorn…,Red Lobster …About 35 mi to Ocean City beach… Will come back next summer.

The rooms, themselves, are clean and up to date. The pool area could definitely use updating. The hot tub area apparently has been drained and left looking unsightly for some time. This hotel seems to be in a transition phase. You can tell it's been at least half way remodeled in an effort to attract higher paying guests but its not there yet. There was smoke smelt throughout the halls, kids running everywhere, and a overcrowded pool area. Honestly if they upgraded the pool area and raised the price of the rooms it would probably weed out a lot of the problem. It is located in a convenient spot, however, next to the mall with several restaurants within walking distance. The highway is minutes down the street.

The staff and room were excellent. The breakfast was yummy but I really wish the pancake machine was working, but everything else was great. The only frustrating part for me was the pool, which I looked forward to using, particularly the hot tub, but, the hot tub was broken and apparently it has been for at least a month. The pool would have been great, but each time I tried to go it was filled with screaming kids, even later in the evening. I'm glad they got to have fun though :) Overall, I'd recommend this hotel and I'm a huge fan of the brand.

TLDR: forget about the pre-renovation reviews and stay there based on the post-renovation ones. Good hotel in a central location yet quiet. Service was excellent and helpful. The hotel is colorful and pleasant. The bed was slightly too soft to my taste but nothing too serious. Overall a great stay for business or when passing through.

Absolutely the worst hotel I’ve been in. They need to FIRED the housekeeping supervisor and whoever leaves the room dirty. It’s not acceptable. Blood stains are a huge problem, that’s a health hazard and they should be fine! Gross 🤢 Imagine to checked-in and find all that in your room. Never going back and I will not recommend this property at all.

Room was clean. We requested a first floor room and we're given a first floor room (week before). Pool was clean. Breakfast was good.
