Great spot. Close to target, Costco, and food. Cody st front desk was great. Got us checked in and into a larger room. Much appreciated. The pool is warmer than most hotels and the hot tub was great. The pool area could be picked up and possibly add a trash can. I picked up random trash that was left and put it in the elevator trash. Pool could also be scooped of debris that was floating around. We had what seemed like a family of elephants above us on the 3rd floor. Just a tip, get the top floor next time. It seemed like the noise never stopped until 10:30pm. Breakfast was your standard Holiday Inn breakfast. Room was clean and worked great for us.

We ended up staying overnight because of weather conditions. The lady at the front desk was amazing and funny. She made the whole stay great. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the the breakfast was great. I would definitely stay here again.

We love this hotel! We come often from Elko to shop, kids sports... any ER visits to St Luke's - we always stay here! The location is perfect! The service is amazing! The rooms are always clean! Staff is consistently so welcoming/helpful! Our kids love the indoor pool/hot tub! They even have pool toys and life jackets for toddlers! And the lobby has childrens books along with board games! I recommend this hotel to anyone coming to the area.

Hotel itself was nice but be careful of accidentally leaving anything behind. Not a huge deal but I left a satin pillow in the room not thinking it would be a big deal to call on my way back through town and pick it up then. I call and ask if it had been turned it. I started to give her the room number and before I could finish she cuts me off and told me there was nothing turned in. Didn't take any time to look at anything or even take any of my info in case something turned up. I asked what their policy was on items found in the room and she rudely replied they log it and keep it in "Lost and found". Ok, I can understand this but there is absolutely no way that pillow would not have been in that room because it never left. Again, it's a pillow- so not a huge deal but they might want to check with the employees and make sure items are not being taken when they SHOULD be turned over to the front desk to log & track. Especially for items that may be more expensive. Disappointed in the way they handled the entire situation. Please train your team members better to not take items that are left in the rooms.

Rented out the meeting room for my baby shower. It was very clean and easy to set up for what I needed it for. The staff at the front was very accomodating and helpful for this. My sister also stayed in one of the rooms there so she could attend the baby shower. And she found the room very clean and comfortable. She loved the breakfast in the morning and was able to find food for her gluten and dairy free diet. She loved her stay and said she would stay there again.

Positive: Initially I was impressed with Front desk. She was awesome and very accommodating. The room was spotless and the bed was welcoming. Negative: The only thing I didn't like was the breakfast. The eggs seem to be processed eggs, pre shaed to a circle. The patties were below standards. And the coffee was bitter. But it's offered free so I guess no one can combine. Lol

The staff and lobby are well kept and inviting. The room however was less than desirable. Staff should be more aware of room cleanliness and bathroom mold. Beds were very bouncy and you could feel the springs. Not the usual Holiday Inn experience.

The bed was delightfully comfortable but all the pillows were the same which made it a little hard to get dialed in. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast options, having a wide variety of choices available and a very clean , spacious breakfast room…. Which was nicely decorated for Christmas as well.
