Holiday Inn Express & Suites Turlock-Hwy 99, an IHG Hotel - Hotel in Turlock - 3001 Hotel Dr, USA

I can only say great things about this hotel. The staff was warm and welcoming the whole stay. We had the pool area all to ourselves,twice! There was some sort of convention with young adults and it was very busy, but the hallways were quiet and we heard noise in our room and slept great. Breakfast was amazing and the staff kept the food supply going despite there large groups coming into the finding room all at once. We will stay here again while we’re in the area.

These people are con artist. They overcharge my credit card, 400 and some dollars and they will not return my money. They gave me three different stories. Do not stay here they will put extra charges on your credit card like they did to me. This happened almost a year ago and I finally got time to do this. Do not give your credit card to this front desk. Find somewhere else to stay I advise you all

This hotel is in a great location so we decided to stay here. The overall feel of the hotel feels a little run down and dirty. Breakfast was good. Tried to use the business center, the printer did not work, was given zero help and told that someone would be coming the next day to trouble shoot.

Rooms smell of MOLD. Obvious old water stains in bathtub surrounds. First room smelled really bad. Staff was quick and helpful to move me to a different room. It was better but still smelled of mold. Good service, great location, poor breakfast. Breakfast was quite limited. Oatmeal was good some days but very watery others. Eggs alternated between scrambled and cheese omelet. Meat was always sausage, some days with a choice of pork or turkey.

The rooms were okay. The first room we got the air conditioner wasn't working. I told them up front and they were supposed to have maintenance take a look at it. Came back 4 hrs later and it was hot there was another person at the reception desk told her what was going on and she promptly gave us another room. Had to move our things to another floor but at least had air conditioning that worked. Great location close to highway and shopping centers

place is always clean, and IF there's a issue with the room they fix it right away. staff have always been friendly and courteous. breakfast has a good selection so there's something for everyone. also location is great because there's a variety of restaurants near by

Check in was easy and friendly, was offered a free room upgrade. Overall hotel was a bit dated for a Holiday Inn Express. Breakfast did not start early enough for my work day. Computer froze at check out and was unable to get a paper receipt.

I’m a huge fan of Holiday Inn Express and have spent hundreds of nights of business travel and primarily stay in Holiday Inn Express. This experience was unusually poor. The location was great and staff were friendly, but there were several issues with my room that made my stay one of my worst experiences. Air didn’t work and they knew about it previously according to the maintenance guy. I moved rooms, next room was dirty, comforter smelled really bad, breakfast was not prepared on time and had to settle for a muffin and fruit. My hope is that this was a rare occurrence. I would give this place another try should the opportunity arise. I expect my next visit will meet expectations of excellence as most of my past stays have at other locations.
