Truly, I’d give this hotel a 3.5 star rating, but google doesn’t do half-stars. I’ve stayed here twice now, and for the most part the location has been as expected for the price and town. The staff has always been nice and professional, but I have only had to interact with them for check-in and out. The walls are fairly thin, so even in your room you can hear (but not clearly) a normal conversation next door. The doors, however, let anything louder than a whisper out into the hallway for anyone to hear clearly. The windows also do let in some noise, but I thought it was tolerable. The rooms that I’ve stayed in have been clean when I’ve arrived, but they have also needed some repair in places. The Breakfast area is stocked, but it does open later than other hotels. The pool is small but useable. The lake out front with a sidewalk around it is nice for walking, and there are several places to eat and shop within walking distance.

I had an amazing experience here at the hotel. The staff was amazing from the front desk, kitchen staff and maintenance supervisor . Lyne at the front desk was such a delight. She went above and beyond extending such spectacular service. Johnny the maintenance supervisor always had a smile on his face and was a delight. The rooms were super clean, the entire building and property was clean and smelled great. I would stay here again and highly recommend. Also the breakfast was delicious.

Our Family book a block of rooms for our Family Reunion (Amos -Pearson) Ms. Debbie was the first staff person I was dealt with. She was quick to get me checked in as was just as excited as I was to be there. My room was clean an comfortable. I advised a sweet young lady from Housekeeping for a small request by the time I had made it back to my room request was granted. I highly recommend this establishment an will be stay again.

Holiday Inn at Sand Springs Oklahoma was just the best! Our room was excellent, and the window looked out onto a little pond with geese and a heron. They had real food for breakfast (it was tasty 😋) and the people were super friendly! Megan (night front desk) was super sweet and helpful, and was able to get us into a room even though they were practically booked up. Debbie (morning front desk) was also wonderful and made us fresh cookies with the absolutely delicious hot breakfast. Hotel was just blocks away from the Arkansas River and there were plenty of food/gas options nearby. Definitely recommend this place!

I stayed at this place when I visited Tulsa 3 weeks ago. I could only get a room for 1 night, otherwise they were fully booked. The room was comfortable (not perfect), so I give it 4 out of 5 stars on the room. The service was good (not perfect), so the same. Location wasn't optimal because it was Sand Springs and not Tulsa, but it was okay, hence 3 stars. There is a good sized manmade pond in front of the hotel with geese, a few ducks, and I saw a couple cranes as well. There are apparently fish in the pond because I saw 3 couples with fishing poles fishing in it. The lady working the front desk was super polite and nice to me. Even though I wouldn't be able to check in until 2pm she allowed me to eat the hotel breakfast for free when I asked "would it be okay if I grabbed a donut?". I'll probably be staying there again in the future.

Positive: I wish I had gotten the names of the front desk ladies. They both were amazing! Also, the breakfast is really really good! Negative: The stairwell was very dirty and my bathroom was not clean. The good way outweighed the bad though!

Second visit here, was much nicer last time. The place looks like it could use a little work. Staff was great. Business trip and everyone had the same smell and sticky feeling carpets.

Our 49th Pearson Family Reunion at this hotel was a WONDERFUL experience. We would like to thank Ms. Debbie King for our hospitality and accommodations for our huge family as we celebrated our most precious occasion. Thank you so so much! It was a great experience.
