I booked a room for Rocklahoma on June 6. I am now without a room and hotels are booked up all around. Apparently the hotel owner cancelled my reservation and refunded points June 26. I never received any emails or messages of any kind. IHG has been getting worse over the past few years, I’ve been using them since 2012 but I don’t think I will anymore. This cancellation just pushed me to any other hotel chain. Even Bobs country inn and tire shop+bait stand would be okay.

My wife and I stayed here for a few nights on a work trip and it was great. The employees are super nice and friendly. The rooms were super clean and it was in a good location. I have stayed at WAY nicer hotels and was treated poorly, the employees here went out of their way to make us feel welcome. 10/10

Such a delight to be able to stay in such a well managed property at the end of a long drive day. The front desk staff is always very genuinely friendly and helpful. You can tell that they end their work. Great open parking and reasonably located near WalMart and other restaurants, stores. Always a satisfying breakfast and quick check out. I travel a lot for business and look forward to my next stay.

Positive: Staff was good Negative: Filthy carpet in room, bathroom sink area not cleaned, hair all over around the sink, mirror still had splatters on it. TP holder falling out of the wall. Paint job looks like a teenager did it.

If I could give a 0 star I would. I checked out May 18th 2024 at 9:30am. Not only have they not refunded the $50 incidental, however they also charged me $60 for getting makeup on a hand towel. The bathroom, room 123, has peeling paint and mold in it. As a rewards member, I have never been treated so poorly in my life. So if you don't mind being robbed and charged $60 for a hand towel you may get dirty and like peeling paint and mold and funky smell this place is for you.

We stayed here in January to attend my mother’s funeral. We usually have good experiences at Holiday Inn Express motels, but this was the exception. The elevator was broken, the fitness center equipment was in poor condition, and the motel looks like it needs a remodel. Worst of all, we found a BED BUG crawling on our bed. I captured the bug snd reported this to the manager. The manager was going to comp us for the horrible experience, but we had booked through Priceline so she couldn’t. She then told me she would post 10,000 points to our IHG account for the trouble. The hotel only ended up posting 5.000 points. I called several times, but got no results and am tired dealing with it. We definitely WILL NOT stay there ever again!

The staff was great. The room was OK. Mold in the shower was a concern. The pool was closed, and the treadmills did not work. Breakfast was good. You will need to drive for everything. There are no restaurants in walking distance.

I can't say enough good things about the staff at this hotel! From my experiences on the phone, to check in, to housekeeping, to breakfast staff, to check out, everyone was so nice and helpful! After a long day of delayed flights and literally running through airports and arriving at the hotel at 1 AM, it was refreshing to be pleasantly greeted by the front desk staff and we appreciated his offers to help us in any way. He was also able to allow us a late check out. The room was clean (with the exception of several of our towels having stains on them) and comfortable. The beds were comfortable and we all rested well. The thing I must rave about the most, however, was the breakfast! There were so many options and everything was delicious. Even though we slept in after our late arrival and didn't go to breakfast until 9:35, everything was still stocked and hot! How nice to have a hearty, tasty breakfast still stocked with only 25 minutes of "breakfast time" left. It is much appreciated that it was not all cleaned up or only slim pickins left when we got there. If you are in the area, and need a place to stay, I highly recommend this hotel!
