Holiday Inn Express & Suites Troy, an IHG Hotel - Hotel in Troy - 60 Troy Town Dr, USA

I picked this hotel because the reviews! We ended up agreeing that this hotel was the one to stay in! Everyone was so nice here and it was very clean. We asked for a handicapped room for my mom with a connecting room and when we came it was ready for us with a note to all staff not to move this reservation to any other room! The manager gave us the best rate when we checked out after almost a week. We brought our black lab and he was very accepted! And Ruby in the breakfast area was over accommodating helping us even after they had closed! Everyone was very very friendly and helpful! We will stay here again!!!

My family and I have stayed at the hotel in Troy Ohio twice now. With each experience we were met with friendly staff, clean and stocked rooms, a wonderful and tasty array of options at the continental breakfast. Our most recent stay was a very pleasurable and difficult one. We were traveling to take our son to Hobart Welding Institute for the year. He was going to have to live in this hotel room for a week by himself until his duplex was ready. Jennifer, the young lady that took our reservation, was very kind, and she got us a great rate for his week stay.

From the moment I walked through the door my experience was great. The staff was very welcoming. Lobby was clean. When we arrived to our room it was clean. We will definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to others. Thank you for the great experience!

The woman at the front desk was friendly and helpful. We got to our room and it was very dirty - there was food left on the floor among other issues. When we spoke to her about the issue, she took the time to personally clean and prep a new room for us. Her helpfulness was the most redeeming part of the visit. There was no area of the hotel that seemed to have been cleaned recently - it feels like they are cutting labor costs at the expense of customer comfort (when the front desk associate went to clean our room there was no one to watch the desk). If she hadn’t been so helpful and friendly, we would’ve probably gone down the road - it is unlikely we will return.

We recently stayed here for a week. Friendliest staff we have experienced at a hotel. Always smiling, and quick with a hello. We had a large room, the bed was fine. Usually hotels have very hard beds, I slept well all week. Room was clean (they actually cleaned & checked us in early, very much appreciated), breakfast was hot and available.

We visited for a wedding. Stayed 5 nights. Tracy was super to deal with on all levels. She took wonderful care of us. The breakfast was great, the area was clean and organized. My only complaint is there were people coming and going at all hours in the stairwell, since the elevator was not working. The door opening and closing was annoying but we got used to it. Staff were all kind and pleasant, our room was clean and the shampoo and soap were full. An excellent stay. Thanks again to 24/7 Tracy, my nickname for her, because she was always there working the desk. She was always pleasant to just talk with.

This was a stop after a very long and difficult travel day. I was very impressed with how friendly and efficient online check-in was! It gave me immediate access to my room, which was well appointed, very clean, and comfortable! In short, it is a very pleasant and comforting place to be. Oh, and the breakfast was good, too, with lots of selections! I'll be back!

Very friendly front desk staff at check-in and very easy check-in and checkout process! The hot breakfast was a great touch before we hit the road to head home! I have been too many of the IHG hotels, and as always this was another flawless stay!
