Holiday Inn Express & Suites Trinity, an IHG Hotel - Hotel in Trinity - 2125 Corporate Center Dr, USA

We stayed here three nights with a wedding party. We initially had some issues with our room, but Henry and Felicia made sure we were well taken care of. They had a full hotel and some of the issues were out of their control. They were patient and kind with our party and in making sure everyone had a room. The grounds and pool were very nice. The breakfast was good and had lots of options to choose from. We would stay here again if we're back in this area. Thanks again !

Beautiful Location. First time staying here and our room was overlooking a gorgeous lake. The room was large and well appointed. The beds were very comfortable as were the pillows. There was plenty of room to spread out with 2 computers. The bathroom was clean and had the newer large bottles of shampoo, rinse and shower gel. |The breakfast on 2 of the mornings was scrambled eggs which is a nice change from the omlettes that are usually provided. They also had waffles, cereal, danish and fruit. A variety of juices and some very good coffee.|Given the view we had each night with sunset over the lake I highly recommend this hotel. |The hotel was also budget friendly for being in a corporate setting.

Came up to the area to visit family and I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The staff is very pleasant from check in to room service. I really enjoyed the updated and modern rooms. Everything was very clean and the property itself is very nice. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub and nice walks around the property. Would recommend

For a Holiday Inn Express, this hotel is great, especially if you will be attending the sports complex. The staff are excellent and the rooms have been updated. I even got to see a deer out my room window as the sun rose. I would definitely stay there again.

This place went down hill since opening. Stayed here first couple years, was great.||Years ago was clean and plenty of food choice for breakfast. Last couple years the housekeeping was terrible. When we arrived, toilet seat was hanging off the toilet, my husband had to fix. Every morning, 7 a.m. till 10 a.m. not much food available. Ran out of coffee too. Many guests complaining. I spoke with assistant manager Henry, he just laughed, was not concerned. Elevator was out for 2 days, was told a handicap person on second or third floor would have to leave via ambulance. Other quests complaining, assistant manager Henry continued to just laugh at guests as they complained. Management showed no concern for quests at all.

Booked this hotel for my sister who was visiting and she found bed bugs in her room. They moved her to another room which also had bed bugs. Hotel was easy to work with and quickly gave a refund but still an issue.

We stayed for 4 nights and loved it here. The costumer service was amazing, the cleaning ladies are amazing and the breakfast was great. Our room had a full size, strong and hot blow dryer as well as full size body wash, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and hand soap

We stayed two days. The breakfast was delicious (pancake machine A+)! The server even wrapped my plates and helped me put in a bag to take upstairs. Shoutout to Anthony working the night shift! He was friendly & funny! Now there are some downfalls. The room is outdated. The elevator broke down so we had to go downstairs with our luggage. We learned this happens often. Thank GOD for Geoffrey who was very kind to help us take our stuff to the lobby. Overall, it was a decent experience but could be even better with a few repairs!
