Holiday Inn Express & Suites Tower Center New Brunswick, an IHG Hotel - Hotel in East Brunswick - 4 Tower Center Blvd, USA

This is a good hotel. I saw a lot of reviews that it was noisy due to proximity to I-95. I got an even number room that is away from the road. However there was noise from the people above probably due to how thin the floors are. You can’t fully close curtains to blackout. The fridge in room was pretty good size. TV is small. The fitness center is okay and has a few machines and weights. Pool is fairly small and has some lessons while we were there. Breakfast was fine. Website advertises EV plugs but it was this third party vendor with some unusual connections that I couldn’t use on my Tesla.

Busy area but this might work depending on access needs I-95 right there. |Shout out and many thanks to Kathy at front desk , pleasant, very helpful in making some changes in our itinerary. We changed rooms for newer mattresses/ comfort after first night . Breakfast included but basic . Ok for us for a short stay .

We stayed here for a family event. When we arrived to our room we discovered the tv was not working properly. Within a few minutes the hotel manager and the technician showed up. When the could not re program it the brought a brand new tv and set it up. The breakfast was well stocked and everything was tasty. The person in charge was friendly and polite. My room was clean, comfortable, and the bed was very comfortable. Would recommend them to anyone who has to be in the area

Nice room and a good breakfast. There was no soap provided for the bathroom sink but I asked at the front desk and they gave me a mini Dove soap bar which was better than what hotels usually give. Breakfast was pretty good. I also stayed at a Fairfield Inn by Marriott near the Meadowlands on this trip and the breakfast at Holiday Inn Express was MUCH better than Fairfield. The closest restaurant for dinner is at the Hilton next door.

Service was good. People at the desk were helpful and accommodating. The room was clean, AC worked well. Bed was a little uncomfortable, definitely could’ve used a new mattress and/or pillows. Besides that the only downside was that our room was put next to a storage room so we could hear every time someone went in or out. The location of this hotel was also pretty convenient. It’s next to the highway and many restaurants and gas stations. Overall the price you pay for this hotel is pretty reasonable and you get what you pay for.

Don't expect to sleep. The rooms are fine. Everything is fine. But don't expect to sleep. Their guests are so loud, and the poor front desk person can't do anything about it. I've stayed in hundreds of hotels and I've never experienced that level of noise before. They can't provide the service you pay for, which is a night's sleep, it's ironic. I'm exhausted. Go elsewhere and you'll thank me later. (I tried to talk to the manager but he was off until Monday).

Great service, great rooms. Very comfortable accommodations and friendly staff. My girlfriend and I travel quite a bit, and we stay at many different types of hotels. You don’t always get great service or great accommodations. It’s nice to find a place that you can count on no matter what state you’re in.

Stayed here one night on our way to NYC. Location is right off of the turnpike. Everything was great - hotel was clean, modern, and quiet. Check in was a breeze and the room was comfortable. The shower water pressure was amazing! Breakfast had lots of options and the attendant kept everything well stocked.
