Went here overnight with the family on way up to the White Mountains. Terry at the front desk was one of the most helpful and friendly employees I have seen in a long time. He takes pride in his job and it shows. The place is clean, the breakfast offered was good and plentiful. The room was nicely decorated and functional. We will definitely be going back on our next trip.

Made a last minute reservation here when I bailed out of camping early due to rain. Terry (I think that was his name) was so welcoming and genuinely kind. This place is CLEAN. Everything from the room to the lobby and the breakfast area was sparkling. Every one of the staff was so kind. Top notch customer service and a comforting vibe.

I just wanted to add another thank you to Emily! I left my entire makeup bag (literally what else could go wrong on my trip) and they shipped it back to my house asap! Thank you so much!!! After a horrible experience at a different hotel we quickly booked here. When I tell you Terry made me feel so much better! He is the kindest man! 10/10. Also this room is spotless!

The Front Desk Staff Were Awesome, Helped Us For Early Check In & Find Transportation To Weirs Beach Lake Winnipesaukee SS Mount Washington Dinner Cruise & Fireworks & Return Back To The Hotel! Nice Clean Comfortable Handicapped Accessible Room! Great Breakfast! Would Definitely Recommend!

Clean facility inside and out. I've stayed at multiple HIE's, this location was by far the best. Professional and courteous staff, excellent location for local travel, breakfast was just what we needed. Really appreciate the friendliness of the staff, very accommodating, and willing to help with my requests.

Positive: Clean rooms. 2 queen beds, couch, mini fridge, microwave; was perfect for my family of 5 (kids age 12-18). Nice breakfast with pancake machine, eggs, sausage, cereal, yogurt, etc. (not just muffins in a package) Negative: nothing wrong, hotel was great Negative: ""

I didn’t get a room but because our town beach was closed the weather was 91 and that’s to hot not to be in water we were able to bring my daughter swimming in there pool for 10 bucks and it was well worth it . We had a great time ! The front desk lady was so polite an my daughter was so shy but she was able to pull her right out of her shell and made it a point to get my daughter to smile and say thank you . Worth the 10 bucks for the hours spent

Some of the friendliest staff in all of the Lakes Region! Cool vibe in the lobby and public spaces. Rooms are clean and nicely appointed with everything a seasoned traveler could ever want. Close to Wier's Beach, Lake Winnepesauke, Laconia, Meredith, and any area you can think of! Definitely recommend!
