Courteous gentleman efficiently checked us in and remarked on our Platinum status. Clen, quiet, comfortable room. Hot, well-stocked breakfast. Courteous, efficient checkout. Checks all the boxes at Three Rivers Holiday Inn Express!

The hotel has good location but our room had an unpleasent smell, the bed sheets were not fresh and seemed dirty or not changed since last guests, all there was outdated and cheap. Our stay was truly dissapointing.

This Three rivers location is the absolute worst Holiday inn express I've ever stayed. I'm a travel nurse that primarily stay at this franchise so I see countless hotels. I noticed a musty smell upon entering room, go into the bathroom and see black mold cover the ceiling corner to corner. You can see newer white paint in areas trying to hide or cover it up. I can't believe a Holiday inn would have black mold. STAY AWAY

We stayed for 3 nights. The pool room has a sign on it that says Closed "Until further notice" a sure sign they aren't even trying. The shower did not drain properly, so any shower taken was with a pool of water in the tub. The ethernet port in our room didn't work. The towels were stained. In the 3 days we stayed there, the last morning was the only time there was someone at the front desk when we walked in. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone and will never stay here again.

The location of the hotel was excellent, very easy to locate. Check-in was quick and easy. The only thing wrong with the room was when you walked in the room, it smelled somewhat like smoke. The bathroom was clean and had plenty of towels. I loved the shampoo, conditioner and body wash attached to the walls! Did not have a chance to swim during our stay there. Overall we were very pleased with our stay.

This was my second stay at this hotel. I was excited to find a place that is so close to my mom’s so we could stay here when visiting. We had originally planned to stay for a week. However, this visit was our last. I will say, the staff was very friendly. They were even able to accommodate a very early checkout in for us. When we walked in, the hotel appeared to be clean, but a little dated — even more dated as we went to the second floor, but it’s a small town I wasn’t expecting a luxury hotel. I just needed a clean and safe place to sleep while in town visiting. We got a King with Additional Living Space. The space of the room was fine for my son and me. That’s about where all the positives end. When we entered the room, the comforter was dirty so I stripped it from the bed. I originally pulled backed the covers and sheets to check for bedbugs, which I do in every hotel, and didn’t see any sign and thought the stains looked like coffee stains so I had planned it just get a new comforter. There were stains on the floor and the shower would not drain. I went downstairs to speak with staff and they gave me a new comforter and said the drain would be fixed in the morning and I was fine with that. Again, the people that worked at the hotel were very nice — probably the only good thing they have going. Well, after a long day of traveling my son and I went to bed. In the morning as I began to wake up, I thought I saw something moving next to me so I open my eyes all the way to see a bedbug! I was so livid. I got up immediately and started checking my clothes and getting them ready to pack and within minutes sure enough there was another one crawling across the bed. I tried to call down to the front desk, but the room phone wasn’t working either so I had to call the front desk from my cellphone. I let them know I saw bugs, that I needed trash bags for our clothing, I wanted a refund, and that we would be leaving right away. The staff reacted quickly. They brought trash bags right away and I even showed the lady the bugs in the bed when she dropped off the bags. They didn’t hassle me about a refund and even had my receipt printed by time I made it downstairs, but I won’t stay here again. It’s so unfortunate because there are not many places in the area. It is so much better for everyone when we stay at a hotel because mom’s gets so crowded when we are there. The whole back of my shoulder and down my arm were bitten so badly and then I also had a few bites down on my legs. It was disgusting and the itching was so bad I was in so much pain for almost a week.

Got a room for two nights and woke up with bedbugs crawling all over my kiddos never again. Two weeks and never heard anything still got charged almost $300 for a bug infested room. Pool was always ice cold

Absolutely disgusting room. Room 127 stay on 07/25/24. Black mold, stains, exposed wiring in addition to other issues in the room. This room should not be in service!
