Holiday Inn Express & Suites Tacoma South - Lakewood, an IHG Hotel - Hotel in Lakewood - 11751 Pacific Hwy SW, USA

This location was very convenient and relatively close by, especially considering my per diem. Room was in great shape, the gym were also in good shape, which I took advantage of, and the pool was also nice and seemed to get use. I want to give a shout out to Robert at the front desk, great service and made me feel like a valued tenant. The Denny's eatery next to the hotel was also super convenient. Would definitely come back!

This is a great hotel! The room, lounge and breakfast area were very clean and comfortable. I always felt very safe in and around the hotel and the staff were always super friendly. Special shoutout to Robert at the front desk who was very helpful during check-in, gave amazing food recommendations and always had a smile on his face. Thanks for the amazing stay!

Always a great value with this hotel. An independent hotel associated with IHG. Room layout is odd and though it was suite meaning two rooms but instead there are two nooks for the office desk and one for the sofa on the other side. Rather puzzling why the TV is set up atop a dresser facing the beds and not in the space with the sofa. Good amenities and clean facilities. The toiletries are Dove brand and you can sometimes smell it in the hallways. Staff are friendly and helpful. Overall great value for money.

Robert the Front Desk Clerk was amazing. I had facial surgery and was very vulnerable and was seeking help and he went above and beyond to help me. As an example, I have only a liquid diet and he went out of his way to help me by getting me some milk. Which was my dinner. He was so very kind and wished me quick healing. He checks on me EVERY time I walk by with the biggest smile on his face. Thank you Robert, your kind words and attention to detail and going above and beyond goes an extremely long way. I really enjoyed the cleanliness and aesthetic of the hotel. With it being off the free way I wasn’t sure what to expect but the staff and the rooms were exceptionally great. Sienna was very welcoming and provided excellent hospitality when me and my wife had a question about checking in/out.

Luciana is amazing. My wife had surgery and she went out of her way to communicate with the staff of my wife’s needs and made our stay a five star stay. She checked on us every morning we came down and always had a smile on her face. Due to how this amazing hotel has treated me and my wife during this hard time; we will never pick another hotel. Thanks to Luci and Robert.

Good location, clean facility, room was decent, what you’d expect for this type of hotel, down side is there is some noise from the freeway. Typical budget hotel breakfast, same menu each day. The gym was well equipped, there is a pool and hot tub but I didn’t use. Location is perfect for military folks and close to I5.

When I walked in the establishment it smelt so nice! A nice welcome|Robert, the young man that checked me in was helpful and knowledgeable. He helped me sign up as a member, reassured my stay and all this with a smile. My room is spacious and clean.
