I enjoyed my stay everything was comfortable. Everything was convenient. The ones were clean. The breakfast was delicious. I know I have never experienced a hotel with such Customer service, Housekeeping, Breakfast. I had got locked out of my bathroom and the lady at the front desk immediately came down and helped me get into my bathroom.

Hotel and rooms were very clean and updated. Every interaction with hotel staff was positive and friendly. Staff proactively greet you and ask if you need assistance. We needed to extend our stay and Patty at the front desk was so helpful in making sure we didn’t have to change rooms. Location is good with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our first time experience, customer service was on point. Front desk, housekeepers, and the best part of all was the lady at breakfast….she had the best personality and customer service, she would do well in a 5 Star hotel. This hotel was clean and they were constantly cleaning and wiping things down making it look and smell good! My husband and I will definitely be back!❤️🥰💯

Hotel staff was amazing! Darlene who works at the front desk made our stay very comfortable. She had great recommendations about the area as well. What I loved the most was that the hotel was extremely clean and quiet. I’ll definitely book again!

My family and I had such a great experience! The hotel was clean and very accommodating to all of our needs. Excellent location it’s close to plenty of restaurants and stores, very convenient. Darlene who works front desk ensured we had a pleasant and comfortable stay. I can’t wait to visit again!

Love the location of the hotel. The staff Darlene, Patty, Tameika, even the manager Ruby, are accessible, helpful, professional, and friendly. They know you by name and always have an attitude to help. Breakfast has so much variety and the quality is superb! The rooms are spacious and clean. I will return!!

This Holiday Inn Express was the nicest one I've been to. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the service of the staff was the best. The Front desk agents that helped us were always smiling and the housekeeper supervisor was the absolute best! She asked us every day if our room was ok and if we needed anything. Breakfast was delicious and the attendant, Tameka had us taken care since my wife is lactose intolerant. She had almond milk ready for us. Amazing Service! They should be #1 if they keep staff like these people who actually care about the guest. |With the way the world is going, you are lucky to find these types of people.

The rooms are spacious and clean. The beds are soo comfortable and the pillows are fluuuufy! They have great breakfast, and the staff are so wonderful!! Tameika, Patty, Darlene, and Ruby are friendly, kind, attentive, and helpful. I'll definitely be back!!!
