Super clean hotel it honestly looks brand new. Chris at the front desk was very informative when checking in giving us all of the details without having to ask, which is rare these days checking into hotels. Breakfast was good and well stocked all staff we encountered were very friendly! One improvement needed, as other reviews say, there were only 3 towels in the room even though we had 4 people. And the pool did not have towels.

We won’t be staying here again. We stayed for one night with 2 children (4 guests total). 1. They said it is their policy to allow only 3 bath towels per room. They said that even if there are 8 guests in a room, they still only allow 3 bath towels. The process you have to go through to get the right amount of towels is that you have to bring a soiled towel to the front desk to get a replacement. They said that it is not an inconvenience because only one person showers at a time, so it is easy to go downstairs to get a fresh towel for the next person who needs to shower. 2. There are no towels in the pool area. You have to use your room towels and then exchange them in the front. In order to exchange towels you have to put your towels in the trash bag at the front desk and request fresh towels to bring back up to your room. 3. There was a beeping sound behind the headboard of our beds that lasted all night long. The hotel staff could not figure out what was causing the beeping and they were not able to put us in a different room. They suggested that we sleep with the TV on all night to block the sound. We did not do that because we didn’t want to listen to the tv or have a glowing screen all night either so we had to listen to a beeping sound all night. 4. The bathtub mat was filthy. 5. The bathtub did not work. Only the shower worked. 6. The bedding had stains. 7. The reason my review is 2 stars and not 1 star is that the front desk person in the morning was kind. The breakfast was alright. The coffee was decent. Check in and check out process was quick. Good restaurants nearby.

As in Thailand The weather was lovely and hot day. Accommodation was a no frills no spells and the only criticism I would have on the rooms as they have no chest of drawers to put stuff in very little shelving to put stuff on. The staff were young, but very very helpful. I had a couple of problems I got it sorted out straight away. The restaurant was run by three people. Not sure if I’m allowed to name people that I’m going to. Reception, Chaw Su,Chaw Ei+shein and KoKo. HK staff Nyein Chan,Yazana and Wyutt Hmong. Restaurant Staff. Positive: Location, size of the room, the presence of fridge and microwave in the room Negative: The hotel is seriously under-staffed. There is no staff to carry the luggage to the room. At times there is no staff at reception desk and the customer has to wait for 5 or more minutes before anyone shows up. The staff was cooperative but not forthcoming

I have never had a bad experience with Holiday Inn Express this location was no exception! Great staff, very friendly , the hotel was extremely clean both common areas and my room they took very good care of me during the recent Houston storms. Almost 50% of the city loss power , this was one of few places that were able to accommodate that wasn't sold out. I drove way from Cypress Texas

All I can say is WOW! The hotel is very clean, beds are comfortable, the coffee in the lobby is the best coffee I ever had! It grinds the beans for you per cup!! Alma at breakfast always have one 1 different item than any other hotel every morning! Always greets you with a warm smile!.! Nora and Chris at the front desk always greet you even if you go to your car. Will help you have great recommendations to go to! These people are truly a true gem to this hotel! Housekeeping is always smiles and will speak to you as you walk by! Everyone at this hotel truly care about there job but there guest!

I absolutely encourage you to look elsewhere, the hotel is noisy full of University football kids partying, walls are thin, management is terrible, not to mention clearly racist and utilizes disgusting nickel and dining policies, fixing in the bathroom are falling off, the mattresses are uncomfortable, sheets are scratchy. The service was the worst, most despicable I have encountered, I am a Marriott Platinum, HHonors plat, Hyatt Globalist, and IHG Silver, so I stay at a lot of hotels and I do not consider myself pretentious, I enjoy a good Holiday Inn, but generally Fairfield with Marriott or a residence inn is better for me. For the service part that I personally experienced, I was given a late 1pm checkout confirmed both in the morning and in the night prior to departure. I got a call at 11:20am on the day of checkout asking why I hadn't left yet. The owner / manager, Alpesh, claimed there was no late check out and I had to vacate the room immediately. Despite explaining to him my mom was undergoing chemotherapy, which made packing up 6 suitcases in 10 minutes impossible. He then tried to tell me he would charge me. I had stayed at this property three times prior, and to be honest with you I had witnessed some very questionable behavior on his part. I once saw a black couple trying to check into a room that was prepaid. They didn't have the money to pay for the deposit, so he would not let them check it nor would he refund their money. I found taking advantage of people down on their luck to make a buck very disconcerting.

I had a pretty good experience with this hotel. There were room cleaning service everyday which I like a lot. Also breakfast is included in this hotel. Unlike Marriott hotels across the highway where the breakfast is never included. But this hotel provides hot breakfast. Gym was very clean and equipments were well maintained. Business center was small but sufficient to do the printing I wanted. Overall the hotel is very good. I would highly recommend this hotel.
