Holiday Inn Express & Suites St Marys, an IHG Hotel - Hotel in St Marys - St. Mary\'s, 195 Comfort Ln, USA

We were traveling with our family, and since we have 5 children ages 12 and under, I spoke with Janice, requesting 2 adjoining rooms. I explained our situation and the fact that I would be booking through our rewards app, but I wanted to make sure I could get adjoining rooms before booking. She assured me that I could and that she would personally take care of it. I then proceeded with the booking. When we showed up, a couple of days later, we were given 2 rooms 4 doors apart. I explained that I had spoken with Janice, and she had promised to get us adjoining rooms, but apparently had not kept her promise. The man that was behind the desk was apologetic and kind about it (the stars are for him) but had no other options for us since besides the 2 rooms he had given us, there were only 2 other rooms in the motel left. The motel does have a pool but we didn't use it. And we left before the breakfast room was open so I can't rate that either.

I stayed a peaceful night. I woke up was minding my own business and left. The employees told people I had a women with me and started so mush drama for no reason with close people to me. I think the staff first need to learn they don’t need to share my business especially if I pay to stay in their room and they spread lies about me. I wouldn’t recommend this place for anyone at all. Especially paying almost $200 dollars and just having drama started and I wasn’t even there for more than 6 hours.

Most wonderful staff. Actually interested in us! Clean and newer facility. We were able to use conference room for family reunion time. Thanks so much 😊 Excellent bkfst too. Eggs,omelets,bacon, sausage,pancakes, sweet rolls..yummmm

Anna and Linda at the front desk have been so incredibly helpful in assisting me with corporate travel! They have went above and beyond to ensure the happiness of the employees I work with and I am so grateful! Thank you for the fantastic customer service!

Positive: The staff went above and beyond for us. I have severe down (feathers) allergies so they changed all pillows to polyester and made the bed fresh so I wasn't exposed to any dander.

Thank you Linda (front desk) for changing our room to accommodate our needs. I called in the morning before our check in to request a room change. Although, the hotel was booked solid, you found a cancelation later in the day and remembered us. Thank you! Rooms were clean and breakfast was great! All the staff were nice! A+

How lovely of a place to stay where we prioritize large groups of people IN THE LOBBY to create an uproar load enough throughout the hotel to hear it from OUTSIDE. Definitely will not be staying here ever again. Note it'd be one thing to allow this behaviour during the daytime, but allowing it to happen past midnight when the rest of the hotel is TRYING TO SLEEP. Worst experience ever.

Everything seemed new and very clean and in good condition. Never had any issues with noise or anything like that. Very friendly and helpful staff
