Holiday Inn Express & Suites St. Joseph, an IHG Hotel - Hotel in St Joseph - 3600 N Village Dr, USA

We had a nice stay at this newer Holiday Inn Express! The hotel and rooms were very clean and up-to-date. I found the location to be both quiet and conveniently located to the main roads around St. Joseph. The pool was clean, breakfast was great. My only caveat is that we were placed in a 2nd floor room above the pool and our room was constantly humid and muggy. In the future, I will ask for a different placement. The employees were friendly, helpful, and efficient. Overall we definitely recommend this hotel.

This hotel is located near a shopping area that has a lot of different stores and restaurants near by. The pool was kind of small and there wasn't a hot tub. There was a large fitness room with lots of equipment. The breakfast was super good and high quality. They provide good customer service to their guests. We stayed two nights there and had fun both times. We ordered food and had it delivered to the room. The room and the bathroom was very clean and had been kept up to date.

Very nice hotel. Nice breakfast. Just don't accidentally cut your self and ask for a small bandaid!! They will only sell you one! This bothered me quite a bit .. I've worked in hospitality and never have I charged someone for a small bandage.. Other then that we will stay there again because the hotel itself is very nice.

We stayed here one night on our way back home. It was clean, comfortable, and nice. It is what you would expect of an interstate stop over hotel. The front desk staff was helpful and kind and the breakfast was good. I would stay here again if I was traveling through the area.

Not super clean. Newer hotel but seemed pretty well used and some things didn't work very well. Overall good place for the money to sleep but if you needed to spend too much time inside the hotel then you'd probably wanna look at something a little better

Positive: The bedding was super soft. The mattress was comfortable. The air conditioning is the room worked great! Negative: There was a small water stain in the bathtub that was concerning, but very minor thing

This Holiday Inn Express felt dated and older than others I've been to. The first room we got smelled smoky and weird, so we asked to switch rooms and were accommodated which was nice. But after we left and came back to the second room, there was also an odd smell like something burning. The Dove toiletries quality was low, the hand and shower soap was very slimy. Water pressure wasn't high in the shower. The fitness room was well equipped and breakfast was good, so not a bad stay but I wouldn't repeat visit.

We rolled in after midnight and the front desk guy was awesome. We called ahead and he held a room for us. Room was clean and ac worked!! And I do love bacon friday!! We did get our fill 😁
