The reason I am giving this a three star rating is because it is beyond ridiculous. That housekeeping does not come to your room until you stayed for three days and they do not even renew your towels. Shame on Holiday Inn express for being so cheap when this was not a cheap place to stay. There are amenities are kind of a joke. The size of the pool is a little bit bigger than my swimming pool at home. There are always little kids and toddlers in there which I don’t have a problem with, but then I didn’t want to get in because kids always pee in the pool. The gym was not the true definition of a gym. It was more like the size have a medium size bedroom with two treadmills and one elliptical and a few weights. The only saving grace was our room was very functional and large and attractive. of course we paid extra for that and had a king size bed and a pull out sofa bed with a double size mattress. Her 17-year-old son was complaining about how the springs were poking through his back. That when we pulled out the bed at one in the morning, it was a plain old ugly mattress with not even any sheets or blankets or pillows, or placed anywhere in the room. we had to call and I offered to have my son go grab them from the front desk. They were not apologetic and stated some nonsense about Covid. So ridiculous . We will not be staying here again.

Normally are pretty happy to stay at Holiday Inn express but this trip not so much. We stopped to get the room here because my four-year-old wasn’t feeling well on the way home from California. I pulled the blankets back to put him in bed and noticed that there was dog hair and wood looks like blood and maybe poop and pee IN the bed. I called the front desk and they moved us to a clean room, but I’m gross out and won’t be staying here again.

Wonderful hotel, great service, super friendly staff! Been to many Holiday Inn (and Express) because I am a IHG Member, and by far this hotel is the best! Loved the upgrade for being a platinum member, the bathroom had towels made in the shape of a turtle which my daughter got so excited about! She says this hotel was better than Four Seasons we stayed at recently for the service and super friendly staff! Very clean, wonderful location close to Zion!

My brief stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites St. George North Zion left much to be desired. While the check-in process was efficient and the front reception staff were welcoming, the positives ended there. The room itself seemed promising, with a clean and contemporary appearance. However, despite the modern decor, the lack of bathroom ventilation created a persistently humid and steamy bathroom. The lotion in the bathroom was filled with soap instead of being refilled with the correct product. I was forced to take another shower to wash the soap off. Further disappointments surfaced for my fiancée who searched for the hair dryer after showering but unfortunately could not find it anywhere within the room. Breakfast, typically a highlight of hotel stays, proved to be underwhelming. The omelettes were disappointingly cold around the edges and lacked proper cooking, while the sausages were merely passable. Even the orange juice failed to meet basic expectations, tasting noticeably watered down. Overall, while the initial check-in process and room appearance showed promise, the shortcomings during my stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites St. George North Zion ultimately outweighed the positives. As a result, I am unlikely to consider returning to this establishment in the future.

This was the biggest disappointment ever. After staying in the HI Express in Brigham, I had high hopes. The front counter service was sub-par. The hotel wasn’t clean. The stairwells stunk. We paid over $280 US for one night. And we arrived at 10 pm. They obviously were not going to sell any more rooms that night and they charged a premium. The breakfast staff wasn’t friendly and the breakfast wasn’t well stocked. It had old crusty bread and tables were not cleaned often enough. Front desk didn’t answer the phone. We had to go down to front desk just to ask a question and get an extra blanket. The worst part was that my wife gets really bad allergies from animals and we were told the 2 nd floor was pet free. My wife had allergies for 2 days afterwards from the dogs that had been in our room. We even had pet fur on our suitcases when we left. When talking to the front desk they didn’t care and said “well, we try to keep the pets on the first floor, we are a pet friendly hotel”.

I stayed here instead of going into St George and paying more. I loved the customer service that I received and it seemed like the staff was very polite and helpful. My room was quiet and comfortable. I'll definately stay here again. Bonus...public golf course right there too.

This hotel is clean, modern, beautiful. The free hot breakfast buffet is fantastic. The shower /tub is easy to get into and has a good grippy floor so you don’t slip- as well as a strong grab-bar to help you feel safe. The only things I don’t like are how high the beds are and how bad the bathroom lighting is- as well as how low and small the toilet is. The staff are extremely lovely and they always have a batch of free homemade cookies at reception- alongside a giant carafe of ice water with lemon and orange slices. There’s a mini fridge, coffee maker and microwave that also add to the comfort of the luxurious bedding that’s extremely cosy. You’ll feel very comfortable and bring your workout gear if you want to use the great gym. A+++
