Wow! That sums up our experience. To begin, the woman at the front desk, I wish I could remember her name, was incredibly friendly. Check-in was easy and pleasant. She was there when we left as well and was just as friendly as she was last night. When we walked into the hotel it smelled clean. It looked clean. It seemed peaceful. Our last two experiences in hotels were horrible even though we paid more than we did here. When we got to our floor, it looked and smelled clean. We opened the door to our room and it was obviously clean. This was also one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in at a hotel. This trip has redeemed my faith in hotels, and is exactly what I would expect for the price that I'm paying. If you're trying to decide whether to stay here or not, I think you will be very happy if you choose this hotel.

Room was clean staff was great. The only problem I had was the lady at the counter was new and had not been taught to make coffee. So the fresh coffee y’all are known for and one of the main reasons I stay exclusively at Holiday Inn Express was out and she said past 3 no one is there to make it.. I’m in a hotel 43 weeks out of the year and go out of my way sometimes just to stay at Holiday Inn Express. Other than that, Good place to stay and put your feet up!

We were recognized and greeted as IHG members. Check-in was quick and easy. Our room was very spacious and clean. Our beds were quite comfortable. We were able to easily control our room temperature. Bathroom was bright. Shower had good pressure. We did not use the refrigerator or coffee maker as we went downstairs for hot and fresh breakfast.

Hotel staff went above and beyond to make sure my stay was great. After issues with another hotel across the street, the staff were very welcoming and friendly. Always smiling. The hotel is in a great location close to many restaurants and very quiet at night. Again what stands out to me is that the hotel staff were awesome and understood I worked 3rd shift and said they put in the notes to reflect this. Normally I can hear housekeeping in the hallways cleaning other rooms. I know they were there but never heard them. I will definitely keep staying at this hotel when in town for work.

We stayed at this hotel due to its proximity to where my son was playing in state playoffs. We were pleased with the staff and their helpful demeanor during both check in and check out. The most important thing for me is cleanliness and a comfy bed. Our room was clean and comfy. The bed was firm but soft, no aching back the next day! We were well rested and ready to drive most of the day back home again. We did read other recent reviews before making our choice to stay here and are glad we did as we ended up having a great stay and we just picked it off of the internet trying to be close to the game. Oh, it’s also pretty close to lots of food options so that is a plus too!

IHG NEVER disappoints! The staff is amazing. Upon check-in they knew the issues with the previous hotel ( Marriott) across the street, with them using their key to bypass the deadbolt, and using a tool to move the security lock while I was asleep. They had to check fire alarm and sprinklers but NEVER gave notice it was happening. Anyway, The wonderful staff at Holiday Inn Express were able to get me checked in early so I could go to bed after working 3rd. They made a note in my file that I work 3rd and to be considerate while cleaning the hall around my room. To have them say that they will make sure I’m not woken up and that they treat EVERY guest as family… WOW!!! I felt the love with all the staff. I spent 2 weeks with them and will be back after Thanksgiving for another 2-3 weeks.

From kindness and professionalism of the staff to the cleanliness and friendliness from room service workers, I don’t think I have a single complaint about my recent stay. It’s conveniently located close to the tanger outlet mall amongst several other places in Southhaven. The breakfast was great as well, also the beds were very comfortable.

Simply PUT! This place is fantastic! I’m Very PICKY! First the staff!!! Extremely friendly people all of them! The rooms were fantastic! They accommodated my request to be near the indoor pool and on the ground level. Had my grandkids for the weekends and took advantage of the indoor heated pool! The BUFFET BREAKFAST WAS AMAZING! I’m super surprised at how good all the food was as again I’m very picky! Lots to choose from and it’s all very good especially the sausage gravy and biscuits! I will absolutely be back to have another weekend of fun with my grands! Perfect spot
