I had an unexpectedly and last minute stay at the hotel in Smithfield NC. I was traveling from Florida to Pennsylvania for Christmas when a the storm occurring became too much to drive in through the night. I was nervous of finding a spot so last minute and at a decent price. Dee was working the front desk when I came in and was graciously welcoming to me and got me set up in a room so fast. She was so kind and considerate to my needs and made me feel welcomed in and not like I'm just any other quest stopping by. She ensured to get me a comfy room for my single night stay and explained all amenities including breakfast which was encouraged before I'd begin my travels again the next morning. I'm usually nervous with social interactions when alone and in person (I usually book online for social anxiety) and she made me feel ultimately comfortable. I cannot recommend her enough at this location.

I stopped while driving through NC for a trip from Florida to Pennsylvania to celebrate Christmas. Sadly, there was a storm occurring during my drive and the visibility during the day made it apparent it would be hard to drive at night. I pulled over to the area to find a hotel for the night since I didn't want to risk a possible accident. as I was driving solo. I am usually nervous due to social anxiety when having to ask for things and with this being last minute and not booked online I had no choice but to go inside and see if they would have availability on my own. Dee was working the front desk and welcomed me cheerily which made my mission for a room way easier. She promptly found a room that would be comfy for my night stay and ensured to tell me all the amenities available. She encouraged to grab some hot breakfast before heading out the next morning to make sure I got all the perks of my stay. She was such a kind soul to have crossed that day when everything else seems to not be working in my favor. I won't forget her or my comfy stay and I hope she knows how much her comfort does for others.

We stopped for one night. I needed to book 3 rooms. Id like to give a special thanks to Dee. She was sooo helpful. I appreciated her kindness, thoroughness, and attention to detail. She made the entire process very smooth and easy. She made sure our rooms were near one another and helped me with setting up my rewards stays. Upon checking out, Alicia was super helpful as well. I appreciate her friendliness and willingness to go the extra mile for me. The rooms were so clean and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was good and had a nice variety of items. This will be my go to hotel whenever im in the area from now on. Great job!!

I highly recommend this hotel. Front staff desk are friendly, courteous, and professional. Hotel is super clean. Rooms are large. Bed is comfortable. Pillows are soft. Breakfast is absolutely wonderful. Hot buffet.

Stopped for one night on our way home up north from Tampa. First room they sent us to had not been cleaned as the beds weren’t made. During the night the water went off and we could not flush the toilet or use the sink. Gave up and Left at 3:30am and the front desk person said the water was off all night and she didn’t know how they would make breakfast. I asked the manager for refund since we basically go no sleep and was turned down. The manager said no one else complained so basically discounting our issue. The final straw was a huge bug crawling across the room! What a way to treat a customer. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in! Pass it by!

This hotel was located right off of the interstate, which was very convenient. There were plenty of places to eat nearby. There were plenty of places to get gas nearby. The beds were very comfortable and we were able to relax and get a good night's sleep. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great location but there are better staffed hotels within throwing distance. To be treated the way this staff treated us straight from walking in the door to leaving after speaking to the manager with our complaint about the receptionist, and telling her that other guests were also having the same complaintsabout the receptionist? We will never stay there again.

Always greeted by friendly staff. Room and is always clean. Good selection of breakfast items. Like the convenience of shopping and eating locations during my stay. Easy access to and from interstate.
