Holiday Inn Express & Suites Sioux Center, an IHG Hotel - Hotel in Sioux Center - 100 St Andrews Way, USA

Listing and pics say they have a hut tub. They don't. It has been filled in. Pool was cold. Breakfast was typical hotel. Cleaning crew was great. Even recognized we needed more towels without us asking.

Was in a room out of town working helping these towns get back up and running.... came in from work the hotel said that we were moved to the Fairfield Inn next door so that they had other people they had previously booked the other rooms to all of our stuff was in garbage bags been staying here a couple weeks now spent a lot of money and this is how they treat their customers

The hotel offered great services. They had a great breakfast, enjoyable pool and comfortable rooms! 10/10

This property never disappoints. The service received was excellent! Lisa went above and beyond when we worked with her ahead of the stay. The property was clean and the rooms are well kept. Cleanliness is important to us and the rooms were well kept and very clean. We appreciated how friendly the front desk clerk was when we came and went during the stay. And, when we asked for something they were quick to please. ||Breakfast looked as advertised. We didn't stop to eat but did notice lots of variety and they kept it well stocked as we looked shortly before the end of the service.||The staff at this property makes the difference. They are absolutely amazing.

This Holiday Inn Express has served us well for the past few years of bringing/visiting our daughter while she attends Dordt University! We enjoy the clean hotel, friendly staff, spacious lobby (breakfast) area, comfy beds and convenient location. We were disappointed, however, during our last stay, to notice that the hot tub had been removed. After a long drive from Michigan and helping our daughter settle into her dorm, a soak in the hot tub sounded so good. Imagine the looks on our faces when we entered the pool area (that we had been to many times prior) only to see a table and chairs on top of, what used to be, the hot tub! We will be back though - it's a great place to stay!

I've been coming to this hotel for a year now, and not once have I had a bad experience. The staff is friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, kind, and VERY patient. I work long hours, and I tend to have a look on my face that only a mother and an IHG staff member can handle. I really would like to thank the hotel staff for being kind-hearted. I genuinely appreciate the time you all take to ensure the rooms are clean, ready, and tailored to my stay preferences.
