Best beds ever ! I slept great in my bed and the service was great in my opinion. All of our room was pretty good accept the bathroom. The shower has chipping and cracks on and around the bottom of the shower. Plus the door didn’t lock. Without those minor things I would give it a 5 star.

Positive: It was very clean and nice, and I get reward points for these stays. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Negative: It is so close to the interstate that there is a lot of noise from there. If you stay there, ask for a room on the back of the hotel. Possibly less traffic noise. Also, there were no tissues in the bathroom. I had to ask for some.

Honestly a great value for the price hotel. Stayed for 1 night on my way to Indianapolis for the Brickyard 400. Room was clean, well lit. Lobby was clean and updated. Everything just felt right. Staff very friendly and felt genuine (not a put on). Breakfast was good and plenty available. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Indianapolis!

Positive: Quiet when we were there. I like that some things have been recently remodeled. Better breakfast assortment than some Holiday Inn Expresses have. Front desk gentleman was super pleasant in all of our interactions! Negative: The handicap bathroom was very difficult! Using the seat, it is the height is lower than the toilet (which has a grab bar to help get up) but there is no side grab bar to be able to pull up from the seated position so assistance was required. First time in Shelbyville, greeted promptly, recognized as a member, checked in quickly. Asked for a room change and was quickly changed to better accommodations. Room was very pleasant, clean and I slept good. Check out was easy.

I always ask for top floor away from elevator when I book a room. We got a room directly next to elevator and on the 1st floor. The room was right across from the laundry room where the employees made A LOT of noise yelling and talking early in the morning. Dirty hallway floors. Breakfast was meh. Bed was very comfortable, room was clean.

Positive: Great bed. Room well appointed. Even though it faces the interstate it was quiet - heard no traffic noise. Hot decent compimentary breakfast. Pool was clean and nice. Negative: Motion detected a/c - if you aint moving it don't work and that sucks. Toilet was loose from floor, took 1.5 days to get maintenance. Room should have been off market. Ownership appears aloof. Negative: ""

I come to this hotel once a month for work. It’s perfect for my needs. Clean, staff always friendly. Depending on your room location you may have a difficult time sleeping if you’re a lite sleeper with highway close. Maybe request an odd number room. Or just turn on tv and deal with it. Other than that it’s a good hotel.
