This location was very easy to access from the highway. The staff was friendly and check-in went quickly. The room was clean and seemed to be well maintained. The only issue was the bed, it was way too soft, not like any other IHG property I've stayed at. It was difficult to sleep on a bed that soft.
We just got done with a 14 hour road trip from NY and once we got here we knew we had picked the right place to rest. As we entered, everything smelled like New and everything was so clean. Our room had 2 Queen beds and they were so comfortable. The room was so clean and the bathroom was amazingly beautiful. Next time we visit Savannah, we definitely staying here again.
Breakfast buffet was nice but lack of utensils (knives) made it very challenging to cut sausages or spread anything on toast or bagels. Tea selections were somewhat limited. Bathroom shower could have used some caulk in a few places where it was separating and beginning to mold. Was kind of tough to adjust room temperature to a comfortable level….thermostat didn't seem to work well or just wasn't user friendly. Still a very nice comfortable hotel.
Everything about our stay was perfect... professional front desk; extremely clean facility; room was spacious and comfortable; bathroom was huge compared to other hotels I've stayed at; cleaning staff did a great job; breakfast was better then the local diner!! The pancake machine was the best part of breakfast... I want one at home.. the cookies from the front desk at night were delicious!!!! They thought of everything and everything was perfect!!! would stay there again in a heartbeat!!!!
One of my favorite hotels in the area to stay! It was clean, smelled great and the customer service was 1000!! Seth was so accommodating, and the check in was quick! One thing I didn't like, which had nothing to do with the hotel, was the water/sewer had a sulfur smell. Other than that, this will be my hotel of choice every time I stay in Savannah!
My company puts us here while working in Savanna GA and each stay is enjoyable without any problems. It's nice to be remembered by name and this young lady does just that. Imani works the front desk and is super nice and very efficient. She tell me she tries her best to remember her customers by name and she greats each of us with a beautiful smile. Made my long day better when I checked in. All the staff here is friendly and accommodating.
Rooms are very clean and comfortable that why I'm a Rewards member and happy to be one. The location right off Chatham parkway makes it convenient to work. Hopefully my company never changes location. Always look forward to staying here when I have to work in Savanna.
I stayed for one night during a road trip. The room looked and smelled clean, and the temp stayed comfortable. The hotel was quiet and I was able to get a very good night's sleep. The bed and pillows were comfortable and clean, and I have no complaints about my stay.
My initial room was NOT clean.
They changed me to a different room that was dirty.
They changed me to a another room that was dirtier. The guy told me that he checked the room himself and everything was clean. He said that was the last available room. Take it or leave it. NO REFUND. The room was dirty. Blood on the toilet and the garbage bin place. Spilled coffee on the counter. Hair on the pillow & bed and INSIDE the fridge. Dust on the desk…And yet, the guy told me it was all clean. I asked for some cleaning product. They DID NOT have available.
All bad zero star does not exist. Zero star would reflect my overall rating.
