Holiday Inn Express & Suites San Pablo - Richmond Area, an IHG Hotel - Hotel in San Pablo - 2525 San Pablo Dam Rd, USA

This is a great hotel. The bed was comfortable, and there were 2 firm pillows and 2 soft pillows on each bed and “firm” and “soft” were embroidered on the pillow cases to help you quickly identify the one you want. The bathroom was clean, well stocked, and the shower had good water pressure. The morning breakfast was excellent. You’d pay at least $20 in any diner for it. I had a room with a window facing the highway and still heard very little traffic noise. The hotel itself was pretty quiet and the other guests were friendly and respectful. The staff was friendly and efficient. I asked for extra blankets and K-cups. They have coffee and tea available all day. The room had a coffee maker, mini fridge, and microwave. I highly recommend it.

Upon my late evening arrival, the weather had begun to stir hard and I was nervous that I would have to wait in the night for the guest services to permit entrance. Alex was incredibly attentive, opened the doors and exceeded expectations in every way. My room was pristine clean and the pillows were extremely fluffy. There is an adorable garden and sitting area in the back and an overall feeling of peace and security.

I stayed for two nights. Great place. Consider if you are going for graduation ceremonies around this area; especially for Berkeley. It is a little cheaper compared to the other hotels near Oakland, but still very accessible to the campus. The hotel rooms are larger than some of the other holiday expresses that I have been to. Even though it was next to the highway, I didn’t hear any noise in my room. There are plenty of restaurants near here here and right next to a Taco Bell, Denny’s which is really nice. there’s an outdoor gazebo and a sauna as well inside the gym. I thought this was great but didn’t have time to use the facilities. Fantastic staff. The breakfast crew forgetting me coffee at 5:30 in the morning when I needed to have an early start. appreciate that.

Dated hotel with not many amenities. During the night you’ll likely hear the multiple turkeys around the property. A small nice courtyard to relax and nice when the sun was shining. I usually stay in Holiday Inn Express and was expecting more of this property.it just needs to be updated and cleaned thoroughly Our room key would not work. We had to go to the front desk five different times to have them activate it and we did not have it near anything magnetic. They apparently kept dating it wrong so frustrating. Front desk staff was friendly though and breakfast has multiple options and pretty good ! The

The facility was well maintained. The property was very clean. The rooms were nice. The breakfast had a great assortment. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

The hotel was amazing! This was my first stay at this location and I was very pleased with the amenities that were offered. The room was spacious, clean, neat and quiet. The staff was amazing, making sure I was comfortable and explained everything to us. The breakfast was plentiful and offered multiple selections. Parking was easy and secured. Everyone smiled and courious during our check in. The check in was fast and easy. I would reccommend this location to anyone who is in the Glendale area as a no worry hotel.

It was an amazing experience! I definitely did not wanted to leave! People were very welcoming, friendly and helpful! Made my stay very relaxed! I am very happy to have chosen this hotel I have been staying there before and it never lets me down!

I have traveled to the Bay Area for business many times. I love staying here. The manager is amazing and the hotel staff are just as amazing. I always have a great time when I come here. I was there once before and the hotel staff offered great recommendations for dinner.
