Located just off the interstate so perfect for our traveling needs. Staff was friendly, welcoming. Rooms were clean, updated, spacious and very comfortable! I loved that I could select a room size to accommodate a family of 5. Beds were comfortable and bedding quality. The hotel breakfast was fantastic! Wide selection and tasty options! The location is not one I would want to spend an extended time as it's pretty industrial but for our needs this was the perfect stop!

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Hotel was clean and furniture was new and in great shape. Breakfast was delicious. Bed was comfortable. We especially appreciated the soft, fluffy blanket on the bed. We've noticed a lot of hotels skimping on blankets with thin/rough blankets. Not here, though! We had a great night's sleep which is exactly what we look for in a hotel.

We were driving back to Colorado on a 17 hour road trip and needed a clean place to stop with our three young children. I quickly booked this hotel because it was recently updated, had a complimentary hot breakfast, and enough room for our family. $150 is a bit more than I prefer to spend but it was worth it! The front desk manager was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and ready (minus a hair in the shower, gross). And we were able to unpack the pull out and get us all tucked away after a cup of tea and a quick shower. Love the Kcups and Dove soaps. I slept like a baby on the softest sheets and the room was so dark thanks to pull down blinds. I slept like a baby. Breakfast was lovely, well tended to, and filling.

This is one of our favorite places to stop on our way home from Branson to Colorado. It is about the halfway mark and it has a Tesla charging station. It is low cost yet a nice, clean hotel. They also have a great continental breakfast that’s included with the cost of your stay, the food is actually very well prepared and a large variety of options to choose from.

Even during a renovation, this hotel was so clean. Out room especially. So many pillows (both soft AND firm). The sheets were very crispy and very clean. We had a really great experience. Our stay was limited by sleep, naturally, but we ALL slept very very well. Breakfast was great (Except the entitled brats yelling at the kitchen lady). She did great considering.

My stay in room 327, was great. The room was very clean. I didn't find a single issue with the cleanliness of the room. The bathroom was excellent. Modern fixtures except for the shower, but it was in excellent repair. There were signs of some buildup on the shower head but it did not impact the flow of water. The toilet flushed quietly and the water pressure was excellent. The lighting was modern and bright. The outlets by the bed had usb ports. The only complaint could not be helped... in order to get a good location, it's at the sacrifice of being right off the highway. It's just better to have some room noise like TV or Bluetooth speaker. Heavy footed people above us but doesnt impact the rating. Among the best experiences over all in my recent travels. Nice job HIE!

We had a room over the weekend for a wrestling tournament. We checked in late once we arrived in Salina. The employee at the service desk seemed to be annoyed that we were checking in at 9pm. We had decided to extend our stay another night so I asked to add an extra night to our booking she said she couldn't do that because I had booked with another site and would have to go through them. I asked if there were rooms available before contacting the other site she said she didn't know.... We checked in ans went up to our room. The bathroom had hair in the shower and on the sink. We cleaned the bathroom before using it. There was not a stopper in the tub so we called down and requested one and was told there were not any in the hotel. The fixture holding the hand soap was not locked on correctly and fell apart as soon as I attempted to use the pump. The kids went down to the pool and we planned on sitting in the hot tub that I made sure was available when booking the room. The kids informed us that the water was too cold to swim in and so was the hot tub so they asked the service desk about the temperature and the employee said the have both been broken for some time. My friends family was staying in the room next door to us and the outlets in their room were not working. So they could not charge their phones or watch television. The wifi was also not connecting to which the service desk advised "yeah its been messing up lately." All in all between our two families we spent approximately 500 dollars for 2 nights and were unable to use any of the amenities we had paid for and staff acted like it was not their problem and gave a get over it attitude the entire weekend. Management was not present over the weekend and had to be contacted by phone to authorize any sort of discount and refund for the electrical issue and was only contacted after 4 or 5 phone calls to the hotel during the wrestling tournament. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE I HAVE TO DATE.

A trip to Colorado between Christmas and New Year's got stopped in Salina Christmas Day as snow and wind closed roads farther west. The staff that evening was very friendly and genuine. We were grateful there was a room for us knowing how bad the weather turned. The entire room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast the next morning was well supplied and handled nicely by staff.

James at the front desk was very accommodating! This guy needs a raise promotion or both! His customer service was top notch! We had a total of 9 rooms for a get together. They were spacious and clean! The breakfast was good as well.
