Stayed here for my daughter's graduation. Overall it was a great experience. The room was very clean and the bed very convertible. Will definitely choose this place again. Very nice people working there. Athena was supper helpful to us! |The only downside was that our room was on the street side and it was a bit noisy. Under than that we enjoyed our stay 😊

We were traveling during the time when some really bad storms hit. Tornado watch. Thunderstorm warnings and hail the size of quarters. We kept driving into the storm and decided to stop because there were storms still popping up out of nowhere on the radar. I called a couple of hotels and both said I would need two separate rooms because I had four kids with me and my husband. No way was I going to separate us if we needed to take cover in a tornado shelter in the hotel. I called Holiday Inn Express and suites and Sonya answered. She assured me that they had a room that could accommodate all of us to stay together. She put us in a room on the main floor in case we needed to shelter in their tornado room closeby. She assured me she would keep an eye on the radar overnight. I felt secure and safe with my family. Thank you Sonya at the front desk for keeping an eye on things and for welcoming us and helping us out. We appreciate you very much! The rooms are clean and the suite is very spacious. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast was hot and a huge variety of tasty food. Pool is huge and temperature is not freezing. My baby had a fun time swimming in the pool. The only thing that was disappointing was that they don't have the spa pictured in the pool area. It is filled in.

Their remodeling but are so friendly and the rooms were great! My wife loved that all the toiletries were dove products. I usually travel using Hilton, but this felt like a good substitute. If we ever travel to visit fort leonard wood again, we will stay here.

Very clean. Bed soft, and pillows are firm enough for a good rest. Midnight shift staff was very polite and helpful. Nice to have a friendly face after a long drive. Made to feel at home. Good continental breakfast. Great coffee, not Folgers.

Even though the ground level of the facility was undergoing renovation, the appearance was still welcoming! The rooms were clean, neat and organized. Staff were outstanding with their customer service. I will be back in a heartbeat. Thanks

Driving through from Texas to Michigan, and this was a midway stop! Perfect location, right off the highway. Staff was really friendly. Breakfast was hot the next morning. The room was very clean and the shower felt amazing. The only downside was there were no USB charging ports in the room, but I did find out they are doing a renovation come December, and that will be fixed. I highly recommend this location.

Great place to stay and explore Uranus! 🤣 joking aside it is clean, and staff is very friendly and accommodating! We have stayed here twice (Feb 2024 & April 2024) both to see our son who was on base at Fort Leonard Wood for Basic and AIT. We have no reason to come back but if we did we would book here again! Breakfast was good, pool was fun for kids - hot for us to sit and watch but we survived. Really the only downfall was the first time around was our room on 2nd floor the outlets got hot and burned up our charger cubes/fried them. We couldn't charge devices very long at all, and not overnight. It smelled like it was burning. And then both times the bathrooms not having an exhaust fan was horrendous because it got so hot - I needed another shower while trying to get ready 🤣 but it's not worth knocking a star off! Our experience here was positive - we stay at many hotels and we don't get to say that a lot. Clean, friendly, comfortable..and would come back if we needed/had to!!

Well the service was great, the only issue I had was that the comforter that was for the sofa. Hideaway bed was still damp and in a plastic bag when I opened it to use it, it was not fully dry.
