Holiday Inn Express & Suites Rolla - Univ of Missouri S&T, an IHG Hotel - Hotel in Rolla - 1610 Old Wire Outer Rd, USA

First of all massive Shout out to Craig, assuming the manager. We started at the best western across the way (roach INFESTED) so we immediately got in the car and left. Went over to this hotel and they accommodated us and were more than helpful. The hotel was very clean, has AMAZING service (literally Craig went above and beyond). The breakfast was phenomenal and SOOOO many options. It felt secure and safe and my kids loved it! They were exceedingly tolerant of how the 5 kids were. So beyond friendly and understanding. Anything we needed it was done instantly. Cannot recommend this hotel enough!

I stayed for one night during the week. Staff was very nice. Room was clean and comfortable. |The hotel had an outdoor pool which was nice to relax in. |The breakfast offered in the morning was very nice. There was quite a bit to choose from, and tasted great. I would stay here again when I'm in the area.

We had never been to this area, so we were not sure what hotel to pick to stay in. This Holiday Inn location was very convenient, being right off the highway. The staff was very pleasant. The room was clean and cozy. Beds were comfortable, and the breakfast had several options. I would definitely recommend this location.

Easy access from the highway heading either direction. Clean and quiet rooms. We needed a place to meet family over night - some driving from Illinois and others from Texas. Staff at check-in made it so easy for groups arriving at different times and made sure our rooms were close together. While breakfast was standard fare, the Saturday morning kitchen staff kept everything well-stocked and was available to assist as needed. Thanks!

This hotel was my wife's and l favorite. The young man at the desk was polite and informative and acknowledged me as a club member. The room was clean and smelled fresh. We didn't go to the breakfast station.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Rooms were extremely clean and staff was amazing. Anytime you saw an employee they would stop and ask if you needed anything and always said enjoy your stay. Breakfast was amazing. My daughter isn't able to have gluten and there were so many options for her. Pool was enjoyable as well as the hot tub. They also supply FULL SIZE Dove products. (Shampoo, conditioner, soap, hand soap and lotion) The only thing I would change would be the mirror in the bathroom that lit up as the bathroom light. It was blinding and the beds were rock hard. Very difficult to sleep on. Woke up not able to move. What amazed us the most was how happy the employees were and took pride in their jobs.

This is our 2nd time staying here and would stay again if we pass through the area again. Great location, safe, staff is great. Great place to stay if you are dropping kids off for camp at Cub Creek Science Camp as it is right down the road. Breakfast was really good.

Checked in, went to assigned room to find all lights left on in room, bed dirty with bedding in pile on sofa, smashed donuts in a trail across room , garbage cans full, toilet paper on floor and multiple empty cans of soda on desk. First time I ever checked into a dirty room and I was shocked at how messy people are. I feel bad for housekeepers.That being said the 2nd room I was assigned wasn't very clean Food crumbs on desk. My Slippers stuck to the floor in the bathroom and floor leading to carpet. I used a wash cloth to wipe floor and found it to be very dirty. Handprints on full length mirror in room. Bed made very sloppily. Duvet cover pit on the wrong way. Greasy handprints on the wall of the only elevator. THAT WAS THE OBVIOUS STUFF. Reviews said this place is clean. I DISAGREE!!! I have been traveling for 4 weeks across the country and the only place WORSE than this was Lake Mead Inn. Room was non smoking but it smelled like an ashtray filled with cigarette butts. They obviously need more employees to keep up the mess and destruction that people leave. After this, I will be staying at a bed and breakfast. Pretty sure disrespectful people aren't allowed to return.
