The front desk staff was very friendly upon arrival and there was plenty of parking. The room itself was clean and spacious with great water pressure in the shower. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast in the morning as very good, as was the attendant for it.||I did need to dock 1 star though for the Toilet Paper situation. While I don't expect the best at a hotel, I do expect something better than one that is practically sandpaper. The hotel should definitely invest in upgrading the quality of toilet paper in the hotel.

Great overnight stay. The room was clean, roomy and modern. The staff was friendly. At checkin the staff remembered I had called to ask about a 4 am airport shuttle for some of our party, stated they were on the list, and she had confirmed with the shuttle driver earlier. The shuttle driver called the room 10 minutes before they were to depart to ensure they were up and ready. Excellent service. Great complimentary breakfast, pool and hot tub.

I wouldn't stay here again, but the room was okay. Most off-putting?: • Baby-Blue paint EVERYWHERE (is this the 70's, or did you just get a good deal on cheap paint?) AND • Plexiglass covering the front desk as if we were still in Covid days. When asked why- staff replied, "so people don't throw stuff at us." !!! I wasn't sure this was the kind of hotel I wanted to stay at because of this response. The room was spacious, but bed wasn't level because of an extra mattress pad that was likely not needed. I'll look for another hotel in the area next time.

I had a wonderful experience here after a very stressful day involving a car issue on the interstate. I wasn't planning on staying the night in Rock Springs, but I had a change in plans and Holiday Inn Express really delivered a clean, comfortable, and perfect overnight stay. The front desk staff was extremely helpful when I checked in and checked out. Staff made very good recommendations for food and beverage. Fred, the shuttle driver even gave me a ride back from the rental car business, so I wouldn't have to walk on the four lane road. I didn't even expect them to have a shuttle in such a small town! Everyone I encountered there was a blessing. Would definitely stay there again.

Right off the freeway. Extremely clean hotel and rooms. Conveniently located to eating places. Very comfortable bed and spacious suite. Friendly staff at the front-desk. Didn’t have the breakfast because we got a late start. Pool and fitness center are open all night which is better than most places that close around 10:00 PM.

Hilton Garden Inn Express is fantastic! The rooms are amazing, with windows that keep out morning light, ensuring a great sleep. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful—they genuinely want you to have an amazing experience and clearly love their jobs. Highly recommend! We stayed one night. The hotel is adequate. Our room was clean. The hotel has parking on one side and a driveway on the other so our window opened to a parking lot. The bed was comfortable ||The breakfast room didn’t really look like the pictures. I am gluten free but travel frequently and don’t have difficulty eating at hotel breakfasts. They had a sign addressing allergies that basically said nothing gluten free. The employee pleasantly told me nothing gluten free. They had biscuits and gravy and vegetable and egg white and vegetable omelettes. The omelettes were microwaved. They did have boiled eggs. Holiday Express usually hold back bagels or muffins that are gluten free. That is not the case here. ||Breakfast aside - the hotel is fine. Front desk employees are shielded by enclosed plexiglass which. Seemed off putting to me.||This was not the five star experience the reviews on the hotel's website led me to expect. But it’s ok.

We stayed here on trip to California 8/6/24The rooms were very nice the breakfast was great! We loved the hot tub being open 24 hours Checking in was awesome fast Becky and Hallie were friendly and made you feel welcome But upon check out Kaylee was not so great. I stood at front desk for almost five min while she was playing onher iPad so I walked away, and when we went to leave we were asking her question and she had the foulest attitude and very unfriendly and unprofessional. But we stay again just ask not for her to be the one to have to deal with!
