Holiday Inn Express & Suites Rochester-Victor, an IHG Hotel - Hotel in Victor - 7502 Main St Fishers, USA

We are loyal Holiday Inn customers but this trip has made me question security!!!!! After we checked in, we headed up to our room (252) to find our key cards would not work. While fidgeting with them for a min or two we heard noise coming from inside the room. After about 3 minutes a gentleman opens the door and said we could come in (the deadbolt was locked). He said he was fixing the air but did not have tools. The TV was on and the room smelt of his cologne. The bed was laid in and we could smell his cologne on the sheets. Honestly, it was just awkward and weird. I spoke to the front desk where they informed me there was NO work order for the air and their maintenance man has been caught lounging in vacant rooms before. The girl at the front spoke with the manager and nothing was done. Not a follow up for details or to ensure us this would not happen again or even an apology about the unsettling encounter. It seems this is not the first time this has happened. I'm not sure maintenance personal should have key cards to use at their leisure. On a positive note, great breakfast and friendly staff but do not recommend.

The hotel was clean, and the staff was friendly. Has a jacuzzi and pool. Pool water was colder than most pools. Guess the heater went out. Jacuzzi was fine. Rooms were clean and neat. The problem is that housekeeping came into the room and touched personal belongings. Spoke to the front desk. She said she'd speak to the manager, of course not on duty, when I checked out. Just a FYI, put stuff away or be explicit to what they been to do.

My daughter's hockey team stayed here for a tournament and I have not experienced a better team stay yet. The rooms were clean, pool and hot tube open and accessible. Breakfast was adequate and the staff was above and beyond thoughtful. We were even being too loud one evening and instead of kicking us out of the lobby, they opened a conference room for us to use. Again, they were more accommodating than I could ever hope.

Great atmosphere, comfy bed, nice hot water in the shower with great pressure and LOVED the mirror in there too! Clean room and all staff were super nice and accomadating...especially Lili at the front desk! Enjoyed the pool and relaxing in the hot tub as well as sitting outside by the fire! Highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel was clean, the staff was helpful. Our room was very clean, the beds were comfortable. We visited the pool for a great swim. The breakfast was top notch. I would recommend this Hotel.

Great location for the work trip I had in the region. Clean room, comfortable bed, helpful staff, and sufficiently nutritious and varied breakfast options. I enjoyed the pool and exercise room as well. I will certainly be staying at this location for future work trips in the area.

The staff checked me in quickly. My room was clean and my bed was comfortable. I was not there long enough to be able to eat breakfast or do anything else. But I was very satisfied. I regularly stay at Holiday Inn Hotels. I was pleased with this hotel.

Great location right near the thru way. Room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and breakfast was good and ready at 6. The gym is ok including the essentials, but could benefit from an addition treadmill. The gym is always hot, probably from being next to the pool. The pool and hot tub are nice but seem to be always occupied. The only reason why I am rating this 4/5 stars is because the cards would stop working constantly which occurred not only to me but several other people daily or every couple days or even multiple times a day.
