When this hotel first opened back in 2023. It was really nice. Nice people. Nice manager. Service animal friendly. Excellent bathrooms. Fast forward to 2024 and this place has went down hill, in less then a year. Idk if they changed management or what. Thinking we would have great service again, I booked a suit 2 queens and a fold out couch. Enough for me, my wife and 3 children. They tried giving me a single queen at first. Went back down to the office and the lady said that they booked out all the suites. But could give us a double queen. (This was 11 pm at night and 5 hours from home.) Really had no other choice. My 10 year old son had to sleep on the floor. So his 2 sisters could share a bed. The night lady was very rude. Seem like she hated her job. She would not send up extra towels and a blow dryer. Even tho the rooms are supposed to come with a blow dryer. Will never stay here again. There is a reason why the Google ratings on this place keep going lower.
Stayed here on a class trip. Rooms were nice, beds big enough to share (unless you’re tall and your bedmate kicks…). Service was fine, we only needed it when we locked ourselves out. The complimentary breakfast was a joke. The “one-minute pancake maker” to over 5 minutes to make 2 pancakes. Chocolate muffin tasted like artificial chalk and apple juice was not available. Sausage was a bit too oily but overall good. Hotel staff and guests were tolerant of our poor behavior. View was nice especially at sunrise but nothing much to do in the area. Overall, it was nice. Would stay again.
Excellent Hotel, it was built in 2022 Breakfast are excellent biscuits and gravy were the best the gravy actually has real meat in it, and the biscuits were nice and fluffy good flavor. Beds are really comfortable rooms are nice and clean. Prices are good I highly suggest staying in this hotel.
Good location, terrible hotel! I booked a 2 queen suite for the weekend. I arrived at 10pm to a rude front desk attendant. She gave us the wrong room (single queen room) I had to go back to the front desk and attempt to get the right room. Nope they apparently sold out of the 2 queen suites. I have a family of 5. I needed 3 beds. That's why I ordered the suite. Also they do not have the amenities they say they do on their website. No hair dryers no extra linens etc. Needless to say holiday inn ruined our weekend. We ended up leaving and getting a suite at the Marriott. Don't let my bad experience be your bad experience!
Very comfortable room but the windows don't open. Great breakfast. They scanned a document in the middle of the night for me. I was offended that they played Fox News of all the TVs in the breakfast area and the lounge area nonstop.
Worst Holiday Inn Experience I've ever had. First it took them nearly half an hour then check me in while my young kids were restless in the lobby. Hotel was on the phone 30 mins with IHG services to find my reservation that they could not find with my confirmation number due to App issues. Then they overcharged me a rate about $30 higher than what I reserved and would not help me fix or adjust the rate. It is astounding just how bad the management is at this location. I would not stay here.
Booked and paid in advance for a 2 queen suite for 4 nights. Arrived and given a single king suite due to "overbooking". Tried to explain we needed 3 beds, and paid for 3 beds. Told no manager available for the length of our stay, but if I paid the person behind the desk, maybe something could be done. Yeah, no thanks. Also refused to refund the difference between what we paid for and what we got because that takes a manager. Called after we got home to talk to the manager and was told we were mistaken. We had a 2 queen suite. Their records showed it. We must not have seen the 3rd bed in the room. Try the Hampton or Spring Hill next door. Nothing but sketchy people running this place.

The hotel offers an extremely good money /quality / service ratio. Personnel is amicable, room are clean and spacious, good pool. It misses a bar but overall commendable!
Interesting rotating tap selection, and good location. The indoor area is pretty nice, they have various board games. Definitely enjoyed the atmosphere. Currently they have seating indoors and outdoors, during the summer the outdoor seating is best i
This place is truly enchanted! We were able to make our daughter's birthday very special. Marcela's High Tea was beautifully presented, and delicious. The teas were exquisite, and everything was perfect. My new favorite place!
I am French and I approve this restaurant ð. The chicken was very well cooked, the sauce was really good too. The vegetable gratin and the gratin dauphinois was perfectly cooked. We try also the profiteroles and that was spectacular. Proportions a
