Definitely deserves five stars. From the wonderful person at the front desk who took my reservation and arranged early check in to the facilities management team who personally checked with me to make sure our room was perfect. We have stayed at many hotels and this specific one has the cleanest rooms ever. Even the corners and hard to reach places were spotless. Wonderful breakfast as always and fantastic location in Rehoboth Beach. Quiet rooms and decent fitness center. Highly recommended. Thanks to the hotel staff for this outstanding Holiday Inn Express.

The room was entirely clean and comfortable. The breakfast staff were very diligent in the preparation of the food and continually kept cleaning the area. Check in was easy and quick. I returned after my departure as I thought I had left my eye glasses in the room. The check in person handed them to me as he said they were found in the elevator.
The location was convenient. The hotel was cheerful and extremely clean! Kathy, at the front desk, was cheerful and attentive to our needs. Damon, who managed the breakfast bar,was personable and so accommodating. |We will definitely be back to this location!
The pillows were the fluffiest and the breakfast was amazing. The room was spacious the customer service was excellent. The amenities are through the roof. Clean and pleasant. Parking ample. Friendly greetings. Great for any type of trip.
This hotel did well with the basics -- the room was clean, comfortable, quiet, and in good repair, and the staff was competent and friendly. Staff went above and beyond on a few occasions -- providing a backup when my electric razor died, and retrieving items left in the room refrigerator a few hours after checkout. My stay was in conjunction with pacing a marathon footrace, and I found the facility to be unsuitable for that. The Express Breakfast was available only during the hours I was at the event, with no pre- or post- accommodations; and I was unable to have access to a shower, or recommendations for an alternative, AFTER the race, which left me profoundly unhappy.
Excellent service. Friendly staff. Clean facility and rooms. I enjoyed my stay at the Rehoboth Beach Delaware location. It is very pet friendly, Louis gives his dog rating a 5 star stay too. We will definitely stay again.
Everything was wonderful. We did have to change one of our rooms and it was done quickly and the staff even offered to help move us. The beds were very comfy, the pillows were fluffy, and the bedroom & bathroom were very clean.

It's always a nice place to stay. Everything is clean & neat. Coffee & Tea & all the condiments always full. Fruit bowl has a variety stock. Both items available 24/7 in beautiful area next to lobby.

We had so much fun here over the summer with the kids! Fun games, friendly staff, and some awesome rides for a decent price. We really enjoyed the bumper cars and the Super Flip 360! Weâll definitely be back again next summer.
