Holiday Inn Express & Suites Pryor, an IHG Hotel - Featured Reviews (400)
No idea why there are bad reviews for this hotel. Very clean, modern, and friendly. The countryside around the hotel is beautiful. There are a couple restaurants within walking distance and the small town of Pryor down the road. Seems like a safe area as well.
Good location right off US Hwy 69 for an overnight stop. Rooms are clean, and although the highway and an active train track are close, the rooms are quiet. I would recommend getting a room in the backside of the building. The staff was fine, but not as friendly as other IHG properties we have been to. There are several options for the free breakfast, including scrambled eggs, bacon, turkey sausage, biscuits and gravy, and a pancake machine, plus some cold items like yogurt and milk for cereal. You can walk to a Dennys and an Italian restaurant, and the town of Pryor is about 4 miles away, where there are more fast food and restaurant options. Although this is not a vacation destination, it's a good place to stop for the night when you are on the road.
Internet didn't work in room. Told front desk multiple times with zero help. They had no interest in fixing solution. Rooms were not the cleanest. Breakfast says till 10. At 915 no food and they wouldn't make more.
Pool and exercise area was closed off until further notice. Their was no eggs or meat for breakfast. The nice lady working said they were out of alot of stuff and truck to deliver wouldn't be there till tomorrow. The good news... the room looked amazing and the it had everything I needed. The room was a double queen suite. The parking lot is rough. Lots of tore up curbs and people driving in the grass.
Positive: The whole experience was nice. It is a hotel for workers but it?s quiet and close to a Walmart! Negative: It was so far from blue hole, other than that it was beautiful!
First of all, there customer service is horrible. Starting with there manager named Martha. Very rude with piss poor customer service. Does not have good customer service skills. Me personally, she needs to be replaced. Second of all there housekeeping is terrible as well. Third, as soon as you walk into the hotel. It smells like, it has been flooded and is smells like wet carpet, that didn't get dried. It should of been replaced with new carpet or something!! Elevator is super slow. Last but not least. There fitness center is closed. Basically I would not recommend this place to know one!!!
Overall a nice rest stop on your road trip. Have to ding the location score as it's next to railroad tracks and has freight trains that whistle at odd hours in the night. You need ear plugs.
The entire hotel smelled gross. I almost gagged in the elevator. The bathroom in my room was musty and dank when I went in. The carpet in the room was slightly sticky. The doors to the stairwell were one way; I tried to get back in the third floor, not realizing at first there was no way to use my hotel key to unlock it, so I had to walk all the way back down the stairs and would have had to walk around the entire building to get in except that the bottom floor door was BROKEN (wouldn't close all the way) so I could get in.

Outstanding hotel at a reasonable price. Even able to park a truck or two in here if the lot isn't too full. Doesn't seem very busy. If you stay here eat at the Dennys next door. Outstanding food and service.
Beautiful privately owned garden. It's such a great place to take photos of any kind. We took my niece's senior pictures here, in 2012, went back last year, just to look around, and it's more beautiful. Of course it's different with each season, depe

Great little diner. We were stopping by and was recommended this little gem. The fried pickels were fantastic. Burgers and peanut butter milkshake was delicious. Definitely worth you checking out. Check out the bottle of ranch, not tiny cups!
Though 22 years have come and gone, the good memories persist here. Took my son to JL's for lunch and shared with him how I used to eat here once a month when calling on Jim Warner Ford Lincoln Mercury. The excitement was high as I wondered if the fo
