Upon arrival the front desk staff was very pleasant and welcoming. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The young woman with the house keeping staff were very polite and friendly the entire weekend. My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay and we will definitely return.

I enjoyed this stay. My room was spacious, the TV was about 60 inches, and the bed and pillows made a great sleep every night. I really loved how clean my room was everyday. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. And not to mention the hotel is located by every sprots bar and restaurant imaginable.

Check-in was quick and staff were courteous. Room was very nice and clean. Breakfast service ruined the whole experience. Maybe it would have been better at opening, but with at LEAST a full 30 minutes remaining, nearly everything was empty and/or equipment was inoperable. There was no attempt even consider serving anything else, with MANY guests going in the serving area and leaving with nothing, over and over again. They should have told guests that breakfast ended at 9, instead of 10. Maybe 8:30?

The hotel was very well located next to I95 (walking distance to restaurants and shopping mall), also close to the event we were going to that night. The room was very nice, clean and modern. The food at the breakfast buffet was very good (especially the warm cinnamon rolls). The attendant at the breakfast was very good at refilling the food and cleaning the tables. She had a very polite and nice attitude. Would stay again when visiting the area.

This hotel appeared to be newly renovated and the staff was friendly and attentive. The surrounding area had groceries, restaurants and gas and it was right off of i-95 so in my opinion a very convenient location. For those of you that appreciate a room with a good air conditioner that stayed cool, then this is a great place for you! My son and I slept great after several hot afternoons at his baseball tournaments!

Just checked out today! Overall the hotel was nice, friendly staff, breakfast was good, perfect location, pool was clean and warm. My family and I enjoyed ourselves! The hotel itself was updated and the rooms were spacious and accommodating for family of 6. A few things I hated was the fact that the room was not cleaned throughly before we arrived. My children found an old mdonalds hash brown in one of the bedrooms! Ewwww!🤢The carpet needs a good shampoo, the cleaning ladies are nice but they do not clean the room 😒 they only change the bedding! I think the rooms should be vacuum daily especially with kids. The cleaning lady did not wipe anything down, the bathroom floors needed to be mopped! I could just tell that cleaning was not their specialty. They only made sure to provide clean towels/washcloths and to makeup beds. So I took it upon myself to purchase all purpose cleaner and wipe things down everyday! It's a good hotel just needs better cleaning policy Another down side is if you happen to be busy in the mist of the time frame and you don't allow them to clean your room in the morning when they make the first attempt. They will not return later to clean your room. We came back after a long day to a dirty room which was very off putting to say the least!

The hotel staff did their best to make you feel welcomed and comfortable, they were always friendly and kept the common areas and rooms clean. I was able to wake up each day recharged, their bed was comfortable and the breakfast selection was varied and above average quality.

The staff members were very nice and accommodating. I’m sorry that I can’t remember names. I do remember the maintenance man’s name, Joe Dejusus. He was very kind and thanked me for staying there. I had a small issue with the hot water but it was resolved the same day. The location is great! Plenty of restaurants and shopping.
