Holiday Inn Express & Suites Pocatello, an IHG Hotel - Hotel in Pocatello - 200 Via Venitio, USA

Everything was neat, clean, and comfortable which made it a great stop over after arriving at SLC airport to kick off a ski road trip. We had a room on the top floor, with a comfy king bed and balcony. The staff was very nice, with accommodations to match. Our evening front desk staff also helped give us local recommendations for dinner. Our room had a nice nighttime view of the town, and in the morning we could see the mountains beyond Pocatello. Breakfast was great, and included in our stay. Pebble Creek was an easy half hour drive from the hotel!

Gorgeous view on top of a hill. Rooms and facilities are clean and well maintained. Best service I've had anywhere. Stayed here Christmas Eve and Christmas. The gentleman here was super friendly, super helpful, and not judgemental. As soon as I walked in with my special needs son he offered us fresh baked cookies and cocoa and coffee. My son was excited for the pool. He let us know it was open 24/7. When I asked for unusual things (a broom and paper towels as my son made a mess) he got me the broom and old towels they were throwing away no questions asked. My experience with this place was much easier and very relaxing

As a local guide, I seriously recommend this place. The staff are 10/10. The 2 Marriott's nearby make you buy breakfast, which is why I have decided to exclude them from my list of options when selecting a hotel. Jennifer has helped me a few times in big ways, and the view of this hotel is the best in Pocatello.

Room and bed were very excellent for relaxing after a long drive, bathroom was very very clean. All of the appropriately sized towels were present, believe it or not some hotels short guests on this type of thing. The best part of the stay was the welcoming, warm, and competent staff who focused a lot on customer service.

Facilities are well designed. Both Evening staff, and morning staff where friendly and very helpful. My schedule had me in and out at odd hours. My room was always well cared for and squared away. Thank you for a restful stay

When I arrived the staff was very nice I was greeted with a smile and asked how my trip into town was. That was really amazing. When we got to our room however it changed a little our beds looked as if they had been slept in the, sheets were wrinkled. One of the pillow cases was stained. There was only one coffee cup and that was a little sad and the bathtub definitely needed scrubbed. It did look like no one had stayed in the room for a while. We have stayed here before and the experience was different so we will be back.

We recently stayed at this hotel while visiting Pocatello. The hotel appeared new, and was clean, quiet and comfortable. The location is conveniently close to Idaho State University and the freeway, but is on the hillside, far enough away not to hear the freeway noise. The breakfast was up to Holiday Inn Express standards and the staff were friendly and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a really great hotel. It was our first time at a Holiday Inn Express. The desk gal was very pleasant. The room was very nice with comfortable beds, extra pillows and blankets. The breakfast was plentiful hot and cold with large area to sit. The breakfast attendant was definitely a hard worker. He made sure everyone had what they needed. We will definitely be looking at Holiday Inn Express from now on.
