Holiday Inn Express & Suites Plymouth - Ann Arbor Area, an IHG Hotel - Featured Reviews (564)
Appreciated the high ceilings in the king suite- made the room feel elevated. The pool was nice- except the site claims it was heated- and it was cold. Room was clean-only the shower could have used a bit more cleaning. Most of the employees I ran into were pleasant. Breakfast was ok- some of the food tasted old. They did offer me flexible check in/out. The driveway leading in could use some love. There are a ton of holes that could bust tires. But I’m not sure if that is for the hotel to deal with or the McDonald’s in front of it. Overall, it was a pretty nice stay.
Stayed a Thursday and Saturday night on the same weekend. We opted for a 2 queen suite with a sofa bed both nights. ||Checkin was a breeze and I even got in about 90 minutes early. Rooms and lobby area were clean. One USB charging port in the room was not working but that has become the norm just about everywhere. ||Breakfast is similar to all HIE locations. Eggs, meat choices, cold cereals, muffins, pancake machine, coffee, juices, and milk. Area was well stocked with a very friendly attendant. ||I would stay here again. Only reason for the 4 star instead of 5 was the pool. Water temp was 82 and the air temp was normal, say around 76. Both are a bit cool for me. The pool is nice for kids going from 18” up to 5’ but there is no hot tub in this location.
Positive: The staff are friendly and helpful. Cleanliness is ok. Negative: Stayed here for a week in July and also in August. The elevator was broken the duration of both stays in a hotel with 4 floors.
Positive: The hotel was very clean inside and out. I only had a one night stay so I didn't get to experience much. From my brief experience, the staff member that I did encounter was very nice and professional. My room was very clean and I have nothing bad to say. Negative: I have no complaints
Diamond was friendly and efficient upon arrival. Room was clean and nice. Bed was comfortable. The breakfast was one of the better ones I’ve had from a hotel. Excellent breads and muffins- good sausage and eggs. Common areas were a little messy (dirty floors, some litter)- but was cleaned up by the next day.
Positive: The room was clean Negative: The elevators were not working. They did give me extra points toward a future stay
Positive: Beautiful room, helpful staff, proximity to our event Negative: Ice machine and vending didn?t work on our floor. It was explained to me that new owners had recently purchased the property and the old owners took all their vending equipment with them.
This is a beautiful Holiday Inn, much nicer than some we've been to. Our room, 418, was very spacious and clean. This location is next to a major hockey arena and the staff told us they are usually very full accommodating players from the arena. This was only an issue our first night as quite a few teens were running up and down the hallway. Otherwise we has a great stay!

Today was my first time going. We had Jess as our waitress. She was nice, sweet, and very helpful. We had a variety of things, and let me tell you, they did not disappoint! I do recommend trying and calling them for reservations because they are busy
I really love this little part of Heinz Park. There are two resident swans that are there every day, even in the winter time. There are always flocks of geese and ducks and I just recently saw some hooded mergansers. Now that is a gorgeous bird. This
First time here, recommended by a friend. Food was good, margaritas were even better. We were most impressed by the staff, very engaged and willing to help you understand the menu. Definitely would recommend.
I had the pleasure of having breakfast at Omelette and Waffle Cafe. This was my first time dining in and I like the food and the location. It's a little tucked away and it's small with a patio for outside eating. We dined inside since it was a littl
