Room was clean and was a good size. Shower was big and had good water pressure. Breakfast had lots of options and the food was decent. Gym was a good sized and has pretty up to date equipment. Overall stay was as good as you can get.

Everything was perfect from the hotel room to the staff. I slept great WiFi was great I was fully satisfied with the hotel site. I would recommend this site to anyone at any given time thank you for being respectful and professional

We stay here when we visit friends every New Year's eve. Location is good and staff is always friendly. Going through some updates so no hot tub and one floor of rooms is being worked on. Breakfast was good but no HIE cinnamon rolls.

Hotel stay was nice. Convenient location and overall quite clean. Breakfast had a good selection but we missed out due to needing to leave prior to serving. Pool was nice and ice machine convenient. Would recommend

This hotel, at least our room, is getting quite long in the tooth. So much so, that the room qualified as rustic. The sofa was in such poor and collapsed condition that it was uncomfortable to sit on. The desk chair was worn out and the toilet lacked a cover. Seems a lot like a cabin in the north woods!

The guy at the the front desk was extremely rude not helping and started yelling at me said nothing is wrong with his machine. People like that don't need to work with public. That is correct but I waited in parking lot and was contacted by company that fax would not go through and to use email for reservations I went back in and was told Nothing could be done without supervisor or owner the employee was very rude and doesn't know his job !! Like I said he should not be allowed to deal with public my company will no longer use this hotel.

When I checked in there was a woman standing outside the front door asking for money. This made me nervous, as I was traveling along. Room had a musty (almost like old smoking room) smell. I left a part of a durable medical equipment in the room at check out. Called later that evening and was told that it was not in the lost and found. Front desk person who I spoke with that evening was very pleasant and helpful. Called back the next day and spoke with someone else who was not as friendly and was told that if housekeeping found something that it would be in lost and found. When I asked if they would check with housekeeping I was told that the person would have to contact the housekeeper and call me back. I explained that this part runs around $250. She seemed annoyed to have to investigate this further I have not received a return call from anyone at the hotel. I was staying for business but will not be back.

Prior to staying here, I researched a lot of comparable hotels but was specifically looking for one with a hot tub, as we were in town for a triathlon. We were notified 3ish days prior that the hot tub was out of commission indefinitely. This really bummed me out… The staff member that checked us in was not the most welcoming. However, the breakfast was phenomenal and it was ready for the athletes leaving for the event early in the morning! The great fuel allowed me to have a great race!
