Staff was excellent! Front desk gave us some good suggestions for food and things to do around the area. They also anticipated things that we needed like towels and trash bags. Housekeepers left our room very clean. Breakfast was great lots of variety. My autistic son was with us during breakfast and one of the attendees did stare and made us quite uncomfortable at times but besides that everything was great.

There was also a pool and fitness room that I enjoyed. Hotel was affordable with free WiFi. As said in the title, the room and surrounding areas was clean and the complimentary breakfast had a great selection. Housekeeping and other staff were very friendly, even offering bottles of water for us during check in.

|We stayed here for 3 days for business and leisure. The staff were great and offered many suggestions and answered all our questions. Damien working at night was especially helpful in checking us in and getting all things in order. Hot breakfast was great. Had a variety of options such as hot sceambled eggs or omelet, sausages or bacon, pancakes, fruits, yogurt, granola bar, biscuits and gravy, bread, coffee, and some breakfast pastries. It is so convenient to have breakfast early in the morning! Also walking distance to an Amazon Fresh for all your other necessities. Room had a microwave and mini fridge as well. Overall, I enjoyed the stay!

Just a quick one night stay. I cannot recall the nice gentlemen's name who checked us in on 8.20.24 @ 4:00pm. He was very pleasant and welcoming. I called back with a question on 8.22.24 and had the pleasure of speaking with Michelle. We always prefer to stay at Holiday Inns because of the lovely staff and rooms are always clean & comfy.

The rooms are lovely, the breakfasts were delicious, the people at the front desk were friendly and very helpful. However, your luggage carts are tippy and dangerous. We struggled to keep everything upright over the thresholds and found the journey to the room somewhat hair raising. Thanks for the hospitality.

This hotel is interestingly located. It is close to the 210 freeway and if you are planning on driving everywhere then this is one of the cheaper options. Beyond that there isn't much in terms of walkable near the hotel. There are tons of Tesla super chargers in front of the hotel so if you have a Tesla thats a nice plus. Other wise it is your standard Holiday Inn. The staff was very helpful and attentive. The breakfast is your standard Holiday Inn.

Andrea & Michelle were so nice and knowledgeable, we even had a few laughs as I checked in and during my stay. These are the things that can make a stay much more memorable. I came in looking like a bum because of my long drive, and they still made me feel as though I was dressed to impress. Great staff.

I had a very easy check in. Andrea was cheerful. I was going to enroll to become a member but she notified me I already was a member and reminded me of my benefits. I extended my stay and the front desk team Michelle, Priscila and Andrea made me feel well taken care of. By the time I requested room service they already put it in for me. I was there for work and the location was great to getting to places. With easy freeway access. Michelle gave out great recommendations. One which was Margarita's and I loved it. I did not have breakfast while my stay yet they do provide a good variation. Priscila checked me out she was nice and wished me safe travels. Great staff! I look forward to staying here again.
